Came here recently for my brother's birthday after hearing mixed reviews, and was pleasantly surprised! My steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned and the service was fantastic. Izzy really made our trip worthwhile. Would definitely come again.
Very friendly staff. Good selection of food and we were both pleased with our choices - Hunters Chicken and the Chicken and Chorizo kebab. We had intended to have desserts but had no space! We intend to return with the wider family as it was a really pleasant evening!
Great experience and food! Went for dinner on Saturday. We hadn’t booked a table so ordered at the bar. The food came out really quickly. The portions were a decent size and the food was full of flavour and beautifully presented. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Lovely welcome and seated quickly. Drinks order and food order easily done and all questions answered well. Only issue with food was green veg not cooked quite enough so a bit crunchy! We were offered extra veg at the start (leftover from roasts) so had plenty anyway

Staff always friendly . Place lovely and clean. Tables not all crammed together. We have been several times in the last few months. Each time has always been a good experience. We'll done. I have even booked for a Christmas lunch with friends leading up to Christmas.
We come to this pub fairly regularly. And I have to say it’s always a pleasure. Yes it’s a pub, so expect pub food menu. But it’s reasonable priced and great and friendly service. And a bonus point is they allow dogs in the bar area, where you can also eat.
