Great freindly staff, young girl with dark hair served me a delicious flat white, upselling not pushy at all nice relaxing time in store. Great extraction of esspresso , great milk texture!! Amazing service!! Very rare for coffee chains!!
Very nice coffee shop and friendly staff.
I recommend the caramel and pistachio frappe.
Very comfy place to read a newspaper and have a nice cup of coffee (the guy with glasses does a very good one).
In the summer they have a small terrace as well.

One of two Caffe Nero's in Newbury town centre, this one is the nicer of the two. It's often busier as well so expect a queue. Coffee, service and snacks are always good and consistently made.

Best place for coffee in town and fab pancetta rolls. Good news too that toilet is back open. Which for a diabetic is essential. I thought it was law to provide a toilet if you sold drinks? Excellent service as usual.
Hands down best coffee shop in town. All staff are friendly and queue times are short. New decor and extremely spacious inside. Chains are usually consistent with their coffee and here is no exception. Despite all the major coffee shop brands - Starbucks, Costa and Cafe Nero having similar prices, you accumulate free coffee through their loyalty scheme more quickly so overall it is better value for money.
Great establishment, high turnover of clients it seems, which is great for the business. Toilets could be cleaner (not sure how often they are cleaned. They weren't too bad though; I've seen a LOT worse).
