Camp Hopson on the main pedestrian strip in Newbury town centre is a gem. Been in here a few times and always find something fresh. It’s a compact store but surprisingly packed with goodness and stuff. You will find some key concessions in here: Boss, Chanel, Jo Malone and Molton Brown (becoming rar
Love this old fashioned department store - nothing old fashioned when you get inside! Wonderful service. The lady on the Bobby Brown counter remembered my friend despite it being 9 months earlier. She couldn't have been more helpful.
Entered the shop for the Christmas event on 2/11/23. Some time since we last visited, and we were pleasantly surprised by how the shop had changed. Didn't buy anything on the day, but will definitely return for a Christmas shopping trip this year.
Came here for Afternoon tea as a birthday treat by a friend. Can highly recommend. The staff were attentive and the restaurant is tastefully decorated. Our only complaint was they are very slow at clearing tables. Would certainly return and recommend for any time of the day. There is also a seating

Camp Hobson is a delightful department store. Since its £3 million refurbishment in 2016, it has become more relevant to the wider local community. It is a go-to for fashion, shoes, kitchenware, cosmetics, perfume and gifts. It also has a roof top cafe and provides eye brow threading, eye lash/brow
Cafe very nice and bright. Staff friendly and helpful.
Food reasonably priced and good. Worth a visit.
The restaurant is super friendly and the food is to die for! If the car park was not so intently trying to hand out tickets, it would have been a 5 star.
Really great store and good that there are a few independent department stores left

Decent department store with some nice items. Can be a bit pricey for what's on offer, but that seems to be what they're aiming for - a touch of upmarket merchandise! The café is great and serves good food, which can be lovely when enjoyed on the balcony in the summer. Can often be queues, so bring
Great department store with lots of unique offerings.
