Our first cheeky Nandos. The food was OK, but not inspiring. I ordered a corn on the cob side at £3.75 and got just one! Did the same in a pub a week ago and got 2 for £2.
The staff were nice and helpful and overall a good experience.
Ex Nandoca here. I know... I know... The food is always good for sure, but what really stood out here for me are the people. Staff seemed enjoying themselves and genuine. I've definitely had felt home , the restaurant was surprisingly clean lol. So well done team , they deserve praise . You guys nailed it
We were in Newbury for an appointment and thought we would try Nandos Newbury, and glad we did. So much nicer than our local ones in Reading. Really nicely laid out, polite and helpful staff and the food was really good. Would easily recommend.

Nando's is my staple. I have eaten here so many times that I have lost count. Originally from South Africa, this gem mixes Portuguese peri-peri with succulent, grilled chicken. It is always best straight off the grill rather than take-away. It's exactly the same every time, at every Nando's. I know wherever, whenever, I am guaranteed a great meal. Love it.
Our starter was delayed by 30 minutes but the manager who’s name was Bruce was so apologetic and offered us a free desert as a kind gesture
This is a Lovely Nandos. The staff and manager were amazing. Everything was cooked so nicely and was piping hot when the food reached the table. The manager personally came over to ask if everything was ok, which it was. She was kind enough to help me sort out my Nandos app on my phone when ordering the food. The wings were cooked to perfection and were mouth watering. Keep up the good work.

Service was very very poor. They can do better
We went here as a quick meal stop and we're on a tight schedule. The food was easy to order using the app. It arrived quickly and tasted great. A good place to go for a quick burger type meal.
Visited today around half 2. The reason I am making this review is to praise a boy which welcomed us in and asked for our preference over which table we’d like to sit on. He was extremely polite, gave our little one colouring and made sure everything was okay. He does seem like someone who would be extra nice and manage complaints really well. I have never come across someone so polite, welcoming and approachable in any nandos before. Not sure of his name but he’s tall, sort of young and was serving today. 3/8/22
Always friendly and helpful staff. They are always very efficient. Have never had a bad meal here.

Have been to this Nandos twice. First time was about 4-6 months ago! And had unbelievable service was the first time eating out since covid. We felt welcomed by the entire team & staff
Second time, the staff were again the same unbelievable level of service food was absolutely incredible, Manager was amazing and went above and beyond.
We've been to alot of nandos all across, and the team at newbury has something different about them, if you ever have the chance I strongly suggest visiting you won't be disappointed.
Cannot wait to come back!
