Mid week family birthday lunch - very pleasant staff and good food. We had brought a birthday cake with us which they were happy to serve with coffee. We hadn't noticed but our bill was wrong, they came out with a refund for us and apologised.
Sunday lunch was fantastic! Very generous portions and very tasty. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming and staff very pleasant.

Stopped here for a Sunday roast after a shopping trip in Basingstoke. The food was amazing and huge portions. Even the kids ate theirs and even had pudding - too quickly for photos! Set in lovely surroundings too.

We used this place to break up journey from Newhaven to āup northā. We had a friendly welcome from the manager and then had a great evening meal at a very reasonable price. Great choice of drinks. Friendly waiting staff. Fully recommend this place and would call back if ever passing. Thanks.
Lovely B&B big rooms, walk in shower and aircon. We hadnāt realised breakfast finished at 9am when we rocked up at 09.45 but the owner was really kind and still gave us a cooked breakfast. Highly recommend
