Love, this, place! (The franchise as a whole even!).
Always friendly on arrival and despite it being a quiet Wednesday evening they were exactly that again.
We were seated, everything explained with menu and ordering options. Being quiet the freshly cooked beautiful food was delivered to the table at light speed. Can I just say too, the Snickers in a Twist... WOW! Very naughty. Burger and sides, spot on, so so tasty. Staff were awesome, chilled and happy. Great value too. Thanks 7bone Newbury!
Really cool place to eat. American style burgers, which are delicious. This place has a really modern and trendy vibe about it and is a great place to eat out with friends
Great burgers and dirty fries. The menu had loads of options and catered to a lot of dietary requirements. Hard shake was good. Popular place by the looks of it. Quick and friendly service. Food is served in a basket in case that's not you're thing, but I didn't mind.
Good quality burger place with quick service and great sides. Lots of burgers and hot dogs to choose from with vegan and veggie options. Truffle burger is insane! Sides are good to with crispy chicken skins and dirty fries being my favourite!
Unfortunately the downstairs/basement area is dark and not that nice so definitely try to dit upstairs.
Red basket meal deal is good value too!
I love this place!! Since moving to the area it’s our number one “go to” with the children. The burgers are so tasty and there’s a great selection of fries and add ons. When I stopped recently in the evening with my children I was 25mins earlier than my order and they kindly occupied the children with colouring while they sped up my order. I don’t often bother reviewing places but this one deserves it.
Really excellent juicy burgers here, no rubbery rubbish, after eating here you won't want a burger anywhere else, been coming here for 3-4 years now, food always of a good standard. The portions sizes of loaded fries are generous so makes sense to share between 2 people. Good selection of beers, soft drinks and really nice milkshakes too. This is how to do a burger joint!
First time at 7Bone and will definately be back. Amazing burger done to perfection. (PBBJ butger, give it a try) Even my son ate ALL his burger which he never does.
My daughter went for the Mac&Cheese which she said was amazing.
Easy 5 Stars and recommended.
Love a 7 Bone, tried all the burgers however I think the Triple B is my favourite. Lots of different options on extra patties, how well cooked, sides, drinks etc. Went there yesterday with no booking and was acknowledged immediately which was great.
New online ordering system works well once set up on my phone and food/drinks arrived promptly. See you again soon
2nd time my boyfriend and I have visited this place and we were again very impressed. Food was superb and the bourbon snickers shake was incredible. I struggled with the QR ordering system but the lovely waiter happily took our order the old fashioned way and gave us his recommendations from the menu which we really appreciated so thank you Gupta! Had a great night with wonderful food and the service made it fun.
Amazing food, friendly staff and very reasonably priced. The red basket meal deals are great value and the kids menu is just the right size and the right price. Kids also get an ice cream with toppings for £1!
The milkshakes are amazing, just the right thickness and not too sweet. The frickles (fried pickles) were a little bit disappointing but we were expecting a whole gherkin and not slices so that's mostly on us.
I'd definitely recommend going here. There can be a wait for a table but you can also collect orders here too so no excuse not to get the food.
Had the lunch deal which was tasty and the right size. Cans a bit warm. Staff friendly and efficient. Kids eat for £1 so worth keeping mind. Not the places fault but had screamers and one climbing over the chairs next to us.
Excellent food, made with fresh ingredients. The staff is very friendly and understanding. My phone app failed multiple times when trying to pay, 5 minutes before closing time. The friendly attitude of the staff turned my frustration and embarrassment into laughs in a second. Thank you, guys, your attitude is much appreciated.
Stayed the night in Newbury with my wife and my 8 year old. We were going to riat the next day.
Didn't know what we wanted for food, but fancied a burger and wow was we in for a treat. Walked in to what looked full room but staff straight away said no here's a table, spoke to my 8 year old and made him laugh, made our order where we had a good description of the burgers off the staff to what a questions I had about a burger topping.
Then the food was brought out. The loaded chips had cheese throughout, not just over the top like most places. The burger was huge and looked amazing.
The food then wasn't a let down to what it looked like. It tasted even better.
We are already thinking of ways to go there on our next day out.
It was the best burger I have ever tasted. Blows everyone else away with ease.
So, when I first saw the burger arriving...it was slightly unassuming. The metal plate with a burger perched on top of the fries was not what I expected. However! when I tested the burger, well...it was amazing and tasty is a large part of it...isn't it? Service was great and the price is a bit higher than usual. So 7bone you are a serious burger contender. Get a few details right as your food is as good as the other place that has a number and a few guys in its name...😉 I will go back, btw.
tasty burger and i liked the decor. feels fun and it's nice to try new food. staff were epic and the food came really quickly. definitely would go again and bring friends. 🏆

Brilliant food, it all tastes amazing and looks gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a decent burger.
The ordering website could be improved to make it less confusing.
To start this review I would like to say how amazing the burger I had was, it’s was genuinely the best burger I have ever eaten, the cleanliness, layout and spacing was 10/10 the staff there were amazing and were able to cater to all needs, as we walked in we were asked if we had allergies or if we needed a vegan or vegetarian menu, the staff were super friendly and very nice. I will 100% go again and would definitely recommend going there 10/10.
