I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience or food for that matter when ever I've gone here to eat. The food is great. Atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and the cook will when asked, explain how they did it. I can now cook a fantastic spag bowl of my own when push comes to shove. Parking is easy as it's just across the road from the restaurant too so it's very convenient. Just be sure to book well in advance.
Great Italian restaurant in Newbury - and much much better than any of the remaining chains. Well worth a visit - the food was fantastic and the service brilliant. Toddler / baby friendly too with chairs and space to put buggies if needed.
Great place to eat, very friendly and cosy. Lunchtime menu is good value for money 2 courses and glass of wine or soft drink. If you like Italian food, you will enjoy the rather large portions and a good choice of starter and main.

A true family run italian restaurant and by far the best in the area! We took our daughter for her birthday and without being asked, they had decorated the whole place with 'birthday girl' confetti, balloons and banners. Menu is always fantastic and thumbs up all round from adults and kids.... very generous portion sizes and the staff cannot do enough to please. My daughter had seen a heart shaped pizza poster on the wall and asked if they could make her one like the picture- they did! My dad's favourite italian dessert was not on the menu, but the chef made it specially for him. We go to Italy on holiday a lot and this feels authentic, fairly priced for the quality of food and a brilliant atmosphere. Only hope the locals get behind it properly and are patient when things aren't perfect (they lost a chef before Christmas and had to close for a period, have been let down by staff and service has been slower at times) because it will disappear if not and that would be such a huge shame...
Absolutely fantastic service and the food is superb! Friendly atmosphere, have been twice and planning going there again. Best Italian in town!
Oh wow, what a fantastic restaurant. The owners checked in on us often to see if we were having a good time and enjoying our meal. All the staff made us feel really special the whole time we were there and the food was excellent
Had a wonderful Sunday afternoon here with friends. Food was just so fresh and full of taste. All of the dishes were amazing. Nice atmosphere and lovely service really topped off a great afternoon.
