This is really a nice centre. It has a museum and a shop. We also visited the cafeteria it is fantastic with outstanding views of the bay. All the staff were very friendly and polite. The cafeteria has a great atmosphere and the food looked really nice.
Really enjoyed our visit, cracking cafe with brilliant views. We didn't get chance to see the rest of the information inside so will definitely call back in next time. Excellent resource for the area.
Loved the Area. Beaches to die for. Will re visit soon
Lovely area for stroll along the coast or a drink in one of the locals or something to eat your choice
Nice location. Lovely views. Need to get there early for a window seat.
Good service, good food.
An interesting venue on the seafront at Newbiggin. Good sized cafe to the left with good selection of food & drink. Museum (chargeable) to the right which provides an insight to the history of the town & fishing. The Latimer Room has some interesting art exhibitions in it which are always worth a wo
Great little museum, and smashing cafe with great staff. Lovely afternoon tea, too. Live music on day we were there from a few locals. Warm place initiative.
I truly cannot believe how amazing this place is! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! It is interesting, reasonably priced and accessible for all. It has amazing disabled facilities including ramps for entrance, a fully functioning disability friendly changing room/toilet with built in cha
What a lovely place to drop into after a walk along the bay. Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and even had a glass of wine. Lovely friendly staff. Purchased some stocking fillers and visited the museum. A grand Day out!
A great little cafe on the promenade.
Gets busy. No Dogs allowed inside, but can sit outside no problem.
Lovely scones. Gorgeous coffee. Didn't go into the museum. Entry would be quick and easy.
Great place for a snack and a coffee, friendly helpful staff and good views of the beach.
Nice coffee house, toilets. great view over bay and couples statue.
Great facility for local community and visitors. Nice view out to sea from tables inside or terrace. Friendly and efficient staff.
Such a lovely place. And they had plant milk for my coffee! (vegan cake = 5 stars)
I'm rating the cafe rather than the centre. Great view. Newbiggin is really underrated and looked lovely on a sunny day. Can't believe how cheap the excellent all day breakfasts were. Sadly not dog friendly.
Lovely friendly service in clean environment with great views of the sea and lovely pot of tea for one which I got 3 cups out of not bad for £4 . And museum next door which this time we never visited but will next visit.
