I accidentally ordered the wrong thing from the menu. I contacted red House who immediately sent us the correct item and even sped up the delivery to make sure the rest of our food didn't get cold. Brilliant service and lovely food.
Dropped by when visiting Newark a few months ago. I actually visited the location, as opposed to having it delivered (which seems to be a problem for many of the reviewers). Delicious! Ordered a takeaway last night, answered straight away, delivered in 30-40 mins! Tasted delicious and was full of meat and flavour. Husband polished both of his dishes off! Loved that we got free prawn crackers! Can’t complain at all! This is now my regular Chinese!
Thank you to the delivery driver and all the staff at red house. Not only is it fantastic food and full of flavour they really go out of there way for you.
The a1 was blocked tonight and the staff arranged to dop my delivery with there driver at the lorry park as he was stuck in traffic coming from

Food always really nice. It's hard to get a good Chinese in newark that gives you plenty of good and is a good price. We always collect ours and it's ready pipping hot in 15 minutes. Cannot go wrong .
Big portions with a satisfactory amount of protein :). The only thing that I didn't like is the saltiness - it was way too much.
Our go to Chinese takeaway in Newark. Friendly staff and delicious food. Delivery has always been quick for us. You can order on just eat too. Highly recommended 😀
