♥️ mmmmm! Waitose! The home of do many nice things, and most of them you can eat 😋. Always good quality, always (well nearly) nice and helpful staff and now some pretty competitive prices.
I do rue the demise of their cake counter though. 🤔

Nice & clean ..friendly staff with smart uniforms & most impressed that unlike all other supermarkets plenty of checkout operated tills ... most customers like us like to be served & do not like self scan tills well done waitrose

Brilliant shop with great quality British food and good prices - excellent selection of fresh meats, bakery products etc, like Tesco and M&S.
Fantastic staff and shopping experience
We don't go often but keep our visits to stock up on treats especially, as there is such a wide variety of goods.

Love this place and it's ethos. Quality is unrivalled. The lady who served me on the checkout, went out of her way to help me and my elderly Aunt. Amazing staff in the cafe this evening too, so friendly and cheery. Overall, tonight in particular, the service was outstanding and it was a very pleasant shopping experience.
After a long absence I returned to Waitrose albeit a 40 mile round trip to my nearest. Good quality food etc with very pleasant and supportive staff. Wish they were nearer ad they would be my first place to shop. Entrance to car park not the best as you have to manoeuvre around a tight vend next to the filling station.
Loved it got everything we needed
Good selection of produce, fresh food counter, and if you take the time to look you can find some bargains. Large selection of wines. Toilets on site. Large car park, cash machine outside. 5 minutes walk to train station and town centre. Next door to Newark and Sherwood council. free coffee again and from 22nd February. No free newspaper when you spend £10. Now a reward scheme in place, you have to download an Waitrose app. And you can choose two items with money off.

I have 20 years experience of working in retail and, with that experience in mind, cannot fault Waitrose.
Waitrose have an excellent product range at competitive prices which is supported by fantastic staff. I'm never rushed at check out and I am always met by a very cheerful, polite and professional partner, whether that be at the check out or on the shop floor.
Stress free shopping at it's very best.
I shopped today at till approx 2pm. The cashier asked if she could pack my bags. She saw I was struggling a bit. I explained my partner of 56yrs passed away end of Jan. Waitrose was his favourite shop but until today I hadn't been to the store. I paid unknown to me she had asked her supervisor to arrange a bunch of flowers for me. I was amazed n so pleased. It was a welcome back n also message to say they do think of their customers wellbeing. Thank you so much. Unfortunately I don't know the cashier's name.
A nice Waitrose store. Everything that you would expect from a Waitrose.
Waitrose is the best supermarket in Newark. You pay a little more but the quality is fantastic. I can always get a parking space and don't have to fish round for a pound coin to put in the trolley as they are free. The fresh flowers last better than most other shops as does the fresh fruit and vegetables. There's sometimes too much choice but that's what I like about it, there's something for everybody. The Home delivery service is always good too. I can't recommend the store enough. Well done Waitrose 👏
Very relaxing pleasant experience. Lovely in the café and wonderful range of products.
Today I bought a Christmas tree for my mum and an assistant kindly lifted it and transferred it to my car. Very friendly helpful attitude always at this store.
