Brilliant place under new management. Staff are warm and friendly covid aware. Food is first class very well prepared coffee good. This is a great wee cafe. Will always go back
Very impressed!!! Very friendly staff. I’ve had a cheese burger with bacon for £10 with chips, vegetables and drink. Burger and vegetables tasted fresh and chips very nicely seasoned. Portion was quite big so I couldn’t even finish it all.

Just had a great meal in the Ranch Cafe, braised pork loin, new potatoes veg and gravy followed by a strawberry cheesecake and cream and washed down with a couple of mugs of tea.

Great food made by a chef (not a cook) menu is good and topped up by 2 specials daily
The home made quiche is a winner for me along with real chips
Service is exemplary with lovely chat and banter
Prices are fair for a very good meal with a drink

I had pie chips peas and gravy and it was absolutely delicious, I've never had a pie with so much meat, proper homemade chips, and reasonably priced, you've got to try it to believe it, I will definitely be eating here again, cheers guys
Great value for money with a proper, home cooked dinner. This place is spotless and the staff, Mark and Pauline are ever so friendly and helpful. Top marks for this wee hidden gem.
called in ranch cafe on way back from tattershall lakes. had breakfast Pauline was very helpful we could pick what we wanted, was very friendly and lovely atmosphere. will be back again when visit Newark.
