Breakfast with family. Changed a bit since last visit hence upgrading of score!
Pay on entry, which is no problem. This is due to too many dishonest people walking out without paying.
This has allowed a self service breakfast which speeds things up to no reduction of quality or service. Food good quality and excellent value for money.
Less interaction with staff but all were polite, friendly and helpful.
Mothers Day breakfast celebration. Reasonably to very busy.
Food was good value for money. Decent quality and good range alongside the full English faire. Main hot breakfasts arrived quite quickly after ordering, which was good considering how busy it was. Staff busy, receptive and polite rather than 'engaging', but as said before it, and they were very busy.
Another coffee machine is needed for peak times otherwise all good.

The staff were extremely pleasant, very friendly and helpful.
The food was spot on too. Didnt have to wait more than 15 minutes for our meals. We had the 3 cooked steaks and requested them rare and honestly, they were cooked perfectly!

Convenient if you're driving up or down the A1, or staying locally. We went on a Tuesday evening and found it very busy, in fact we got one of the last tables so advisable to book.
Staff very friendly and looked after us, and the food was hot and well presented. No Problems for us, we had s great meal.

Chloe B is a credit to the company, so attentive and caring to our elderly mother. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Chloe is the reason we will return to this establishment for meals in the future.

Had Louise as our server very polite and helpful seemed very quite for a bank holiday Sunday but started to get busy when we was leaving our table was half 5, we went for unlimited refills you can help yourself but they are quick on getting fresh refills, we both went for the mixed grills the steak was cooked perfectly medium rare and meat was cooked perfect chips was chunky and fluffy was really nice meal. Had room for pudding and went for Apple Pie and custard had extra custard which cost me 50p more lol bit was worth, overall really nice meal and good prices, decor seemed dark and possible could do with a referb in my opinion but otherwise 9/10

This is our go to place for our weekly lunch. The staff are always extremely friendly & polite and we always have a good laugh with them, especially Chloe & Peter. The service is incredible no matter how busy they are. All of this means we get to enjoy a relaxed meal with great food in lovely surroundings with fabulous staff. If I could give higher than 5 stars I definitely would. Thanks guys see you next week…
