Only options for our dairy free 20 month old was toast, but it'd hard to find anything for her in most places. A couple of nice big tables which is great as a larger family.
This Large Costa store in Newark does have ground floor & upstairs seating areas which has been obviously reduced in table numbers due to the covid socially distancing rules ! ..Hand gel dispenser,floor distance markers & protection screens for counter staff are all in place .I called in 1st for a t

Food and drink still a strong 4 but service leapt to a 5. Nice one! The man who served me was engaging, interested and made conversation. Service was quick again and the coffee and toasties were just right.

Visited Newark Saturday morning,service was good, coffee was spot on just what I needed after driving up from Derbyshire
Usual experience here very friendly and helpful staff and better coffee than Starbucks as it is served hot not warm can't fault the service.
Staff at this particular branch always seem more approachable and warmer with service. Coffee is good what can you say they have a name as one of best coffee brewers out for a reason. If you're excited by a Costa Coffee, then you probably need to give your head a wobble. Having said that, this particular branch was not too shabby, despite being positioned in a particularly unglamorous part of Newark.

The service is always good. Very chatty too. Its good to have that. I'm glad they are back open. Missed my coffee on the way home. Keep up the good work guys.
