It's as you'd expect from a chain restaurant, but towards the better end. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely and the feel of the restaurant is very nice. We have a taste card, which makes this a great lunch destination when out shopping.

Had a long wait for the starter - 30 mins+ but waitress apologised, said our order ticket had been missed and offered us a complimentary drink each so in the end good customer service. As we were meeting people for the day (Newark halfway between Boston and Mansfield) called in here for lunch as convenient and expectation not high. How wrong we were! Excellent service - all staff really friendly and helpful- good range on menu - all had something different and all enjoyed choice.
Really great quality food, and the staff are always very attentive. Usually very nice venues no matter which branch you visit, but Lincoln is my personal Favourite, closely followed by Newark. Definitely worth a visit, genuinely brilliant cuisine.

If you have something like a 2-4-1 offer this place makes a great option for a meal for a couple of people. If not then still a decent option but maybe a shade pricey.
