Thankyou for an amazing night for my husband 50 th birthday, food was amazing ,we had a large group and we were put in our own room,upstairs ,I came in earlier to leave some balloons and decorations ,cake etc ( balloons were from hallmark .post office just across the road, ideal location and once again high quality) they even decorated our room with banners and decorations all ready for hubby special birthday ,100% customer service ,even bought out cake to sing happy birthday , would highly recommend ,can't wait to return again xxx thankyou again,it was a bloody shame you actually threw away my hubbys birthday cake ,which we were saving for today celebrations and specially made just for him and cost over £20'didnt understand why

Had a very good Indian meal here. Very tasty and good service. They only serve non alcoholic drinks but you are welcome to bring alcohol onto the premises to accompany your meal.

My favourite Indian to order from! It’s takeaway or you can go and sit in and have a meal. The staff are so polite and make sure you are comfortable and they are always smiling.
I have been going there for about 5 years and I have no complaints at all. The food is delicious, the prices are great and the portion sizes are very good.
You have to try it!

For a 50th birthday surprise family gathering, we arrived as a group of 30 people. The food was outstanding, and the waiters had been very accommodating in taking orders because it wasn't easy keeping people seated in one place while mingling with other guests. The manageress had been extremely helpful in organising this with me, helping with seating arrangements and the lighting of the cake.
But thanks to Castle Cuisine, I will most certainly return.

Would give 5 stars but held back on 1 star due to my last experience.
I have ordered from this place multiple times. Generally speaking the food is good, delivery service is within the timeframes mentioned on the website, delivery staff are friendly, online ordering process is straightforward - you don’t get any order confirmation receipt (except the payment confirmation) which includes order summary, etc.
Last experience: ordered delivery for two ppl which costed ~£43.00. Cost is reasonable and we didn’t find it expensive. Was missing 2x items in the order. Called the restaurant which was extremely noisy so quite challenging to hear the restaurant staff. They told that the missing items will be delivered but cannot provide a timeframe. After asking politely twice, I had to be quite strict about needing to know how long should I expect to wait to which the staff said you can come and collect it if you like. This is where I was like ‘if I could pick up why would I get it delivered in the first place and wait for over an hour, and now you want me to wait again for x-amount of time for the items which were missing at no faulty of mine’. This is where he checked with someone else and replied we’ll get the missing items to you in 15-20mins.
Had he been a little bit empathetic and practical, it would have saved us both time and effort.
We always get a super meal and the staff & manager are always very welcoming.
always 10/10, best indian in newark!! the service and staff is always amazing no matter how busy they are, tonight particularly there was a lady waitressing and she was so attentive and friendly.
Excellent food and service. Will definitely return. We had the set meal for two, and they were happy to change the chicken tikka for a chicken madras. Would definitely recommend and remember to take your own wine. Good prices too.
