We had to give this restaurant a try after checking out nearby restaurants. We didn't book ahead but managed to get seated straight away. The food was really good and the service was excellent. We recommend the lamb mirchi, chicken tikka sally, keema rice, and peswari naan. Happily recommended.
This is a new venue to us and it won't be the only time we visit. Lovely old place with head banging beams, uneven walls and a proper old layout. The staff are really good at their jobs and unlike many, they smile and have a laugh with you, personally I like this. The food is delicious and not swimm

The menu was the most interesting I've seen in a long time. I had the chef's take on a scotch egg and a curry dish cooked with sambuca.

We went for the five course for £12.99 which is an absolute bargain! The portion sizes were good and we struggled to eat it all. You can ask for a carton to take the rest away. Do expect to get robbed on the drinks but, hey ho....the food is great tasting and a bargain.
Very helpful staff. Nicely cooked and presented food. A little pricey, although their Early Bird deal, which runs from 5:30pm to 7pm, is much more reasonable.

This was the best Indian take away we have had in years! The curry's were cooked to perfection and sauces were full of flavour and grease free, the rice was fluffy, the breads were soft and tasty and the popadoms were lovely and crisp.
Will definitely be coming here again to try the rest of the menu
