Great little bar and restaurant! Good quality beer and amazing roast dinners! Attentive staff and dog friendly, handy having a well covered outside area for the unpredictable Welsh weather! We had the roast sharing board for two which was amazing the meat cooked perfectly and large portions
A lovely quiet setting in the heart of the West Wales fishing town of New Quay. Great menu with all local produce. Charlotte and Caitlin did their utmost to provide great hospitality and good service. I highly recommend the Tiger Prawns for starters and their Dark Chocolate brownie for dessert. Both simply scrumptious.
A highly recommended dining experience.
What a beautiful, cosy restaurant! The food was phenomenal, the service was faultless and we finally found a decent restaurant where we can take our dog with us!
Make sure you book a table as they do get busy.
Thank you for a lovely evening!
Amazing food not to mention sat watching dolphin in the distance with a glass of wine perfect night perfect place to sit in a lovely atmosphere and eat some amazing food I had the lamb steak.
Highly recommended
Lovely place .. we've never been disappointed with the food at the restaurant and it definitely didn't disappoint me this time .. food was fabulous. Service was even better, and it has a lovely relaxing feel to it whether you are sitting inside or outside .. sorry about the main course it looked a lot more presentable when I had it but couldn't wait to start to eat it then remembered the picture 🙈🤣 .. the pepper pot is definitely worth a visit if you're in or around the New Quay area
Amazing food and service, couldn't fault it at all! We had the sliders and lamb 3 ways, stunning and the service was amazing
Fabulous atmosphere. The food is very basic and quick going. Super lively. If you passing by is the right place
Top quality food and service. The food was cooked fresh and with such an array of flavours. We will be returning when we are next in Newquay. Thank you for a memorable evening.
Lunch time visit.
Some options not available. Drink reasonable cost. Food more pricey but in-line with a tourist village location and other establishments nearby. Lunch offer was good value.
Had to help ourselves to cutlery which is fine but no one told us, so we had to go hunt after no one came back.
Also a mix up over the food when ours was given to another table.
We visited at 12 (Wed) and it wasn't busy despite the sunny weather. I image it would do at more peak times.
Stairs up to enter. Outdoor seating with canopy. Inside seating and toilets. Low roof so mind you head.
There is parking (paid) to the rear but at the top of the car park the street has a small 1hr on street free so if you're nipping in can be useful.
Came here last week, very friendly and attentive staff. Food was amazing served in good time. Make sure you book, as they are so good they do not overbook, so food arrives on time. Breakfast lunch and dinner all reasonably priced, including the choice of beer. TAPAS was amazing. Hoping to return but this time with the kids!
