Food and service is good, there always polite and efficient, the drinks are always spot on hot tasty no complaints there.
Tables mostly tidy when you come to them.
Okay to sit in there comfortably without noisy kids or any trouble. So yes atmosphere is good too

First time at New Milton. Staffs are so welcoming and friendly! They made this town isn’t too strange to me. Love it.
The team at this Costa are very polite and friendly which made us feel very welcome. Great brews, food and snacks with plenty of cosy seating. Toilets are available as expected with any decent coffee shop.
The only negative about this branch is it was fairly busy when we arrived and the queue to be served shares the same little space that people are seated and therefore you constantly need to keep moving to allow them to pass either because they have been to the toilet or they are leaving.
The other nag is more towards Costa as a whole! I really wish they did a Star Bucks style caramel macchiato which is Milk, Brewed Espresso, Vanilla Syrup and Caramel Sauce!
Popped in this morning on the way to the station, at around 9ish, prompt service, coffee to its usual standard... soy cappuccino... this is a popular place as by the time I left the queue stretched to the door and staff were busy serving.
This branch is very clean and tidy. The staff are excellent, very friendly and polite.
Great tasting coffee and sandwich.
Only one gripe, tables need cleaning when customers leave!

Usually busy, but the staff always give you their full attention. Never had a bad experience and am always greeted with a smile.
It's alright, little bit tired in there but staff are nice and drinks are to standard you'd imagine.
I grab a coffee from here at least once a week. Its always spotless and the facilities are always clean too. The staff are all lovely and guess what?. They all smile, Great customer service especially the young lad with the nail art.
Always a good coffee and plenty of options as you'd expect from Costa.

Can get crowded at the drinks pick up area and some may find it a bit gloomy inside.
But always had good service here.
