It's 1st time I've been to kJ since the pandemic and the sashimi meal I had was delicious I was lucky enough to sit down next to someone who is having the same meal and we chatted about our selection and really enjoyed the authentic Japanese meal. Very busy during the eat out to help out days. Need to book in advance. Seems to be authentic Korean. The lettuce is very fresh. The beef bulgogi is only ok. Bibimbap is a nice one.
Food here just gets better and better... Have been dining here for more than 10 years...
If you’re deciding between different Korean places in New Malden, and are considering this restaurant, then just go with it, the food is excellent and you won’t regret your choice. The Korean dishes are authentic and served in good quantities with lovely ‘banchan’ (sides) and rice. Portions are good
Decent food, decent service, I’ve tried a number of both Korean and Japanese dishes here over the years and they have been consistently good 😊 (I was worried about the quality after the lockdown but it seems they have kept the standard 🙏)
