We were over from Belfast picking up a new puppy and had loads of time to kill before the ferry home. We asked if we could bring him in & the staff were so good. We were able to stay for a few hours, our puppy was the star of the show. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly. We can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you
Fantastic services by our server Paige and bar all staff, myself and my daughter's food was lovely and her dessert massive. Worth the price and excellent service.
This pub serves the best bacon butty in New Brighton. Delicious thick cut bacon on tasty slices of bread not your bog standard loaf, that can be toasted on request. Highly recommend going before midday if want to take time out for breakfast & you can get a refillable coffee for half price with your breakfast. Average cost starts from £4.50. A perfect start to the day. Dogs allowed too.
Went with the missus today after a walk and thoroughly enjoyed it! Food and staff were amazing! Definitely going back again!
I sometimes feel food-led pub chains can take their customers for granted, but not here. The food represents value for money, there are plenty of friendly hard working staff keeping it clean, tidy and running smoothly. It was great as we grabbed a quick eat.
Me and my mate went in here for dinner, the waiting times where about half an hour we were sat there for 45mins.
The steak that I ordered was meant to be medium rare, but came out well done, I also noticed there was a smell of sick loitering about the building.
Went for meal with the family to celebrate father in laws 63rd birthday. From the moment we went in SEAN welcomed us and was brilliant, absolutely amazing person and his customer service was the best we ever had. SEAN was phenomenal with the kids. He went out of his way and beyond to make it a great meal thank you for the help with the cake will definitely visit again.
I haven't been in here for ages due to a pretty rubbish experience last time. This time couldn't be more different. The food was out within 10 minutes and hot! The pudding was huge, and the coffee was great.
The real draw to the place is the staff, though, with a special mention for Paige, who was very helpful and professional whilst still being friendly and welcoming.
I will definitely be back again.
Really nice breakfast, waffles bacon and egg was lovely. The full English was good but sausages weren't to my taste but everything else was good. Would recommend and will return.
Came for a meal today with my boyfriend, food was great, service was fantastic. Our server, Paige went above and beyond, very accommodating when we requested a to-go box, will be coming back :)
We've been down on a few occasions now and firstly never been disappointed with food. Secondly the service from Sean in particular is absolute second to non. We have a little girl with selective mutism so she is very unsure in social settings, but somehow Sean managed to have a full on conversation with our daughter and made her feel completely at ease, which in turn took us by total surprise thanks so much for your hard work it's means the world.
Went on a Sunday it was very loud and very busy. The staff where friendly and helpful but looked as though they could of used an extra pair of hands. We had several starters to share which were fine. But 5 single peice nachos on the grand sharer was a bit sad

Could not be more imprest staff were lovely very helpful and spot on. .
We were made to feel very welcome and the food was lovely me little dog really enjoyed helping me with me burger and full breakfast.
Would not fault them will be going back next week it is now our new favourite place .
