Great service best of all staff were please try and happy to serve. I can see from this branch that KFC are trying hard to improve the customer experience and quality of their food. I hope this continues to be a norm. Maybe something for other fast food outlets to learn from.
I love a Boneless Bucket, just finished eating one in fact. The young gentleman behind the drive through counter was both friendly and helpful but he forgot my gravy.......this upset me as I drove home to eat my order and only then found no gravy. Of all the local KFC I have had the best experience here. Staff are friendly, curious and yes on the occasions we have to wait for food apologetic. Cannot comment on the restaurant area as I usually drive through. Food wise it KFC not fine dining but no complaints
From previous experience with KFC, it's not always a good one. I have to say this time at this branch the customer service was very good. The only reason I am giving 4stars is they didn't have exactly what I wanted and I had to wait a while. However it was worth the wait as it was very fresh
Service is very slow, BUT the food was nice and hot, all there too!. Usually the kfc down near the range mess up the simplest of things. Friendly staff at this store, sorry for the wait ect. Happy days!
