Usual greggs fair staff friendly helpful .
The only issue was that the scanner for the app wasn't working again. It has been out of action for about 3 weeks

Excellent customer service. Need to really appreciate Lois for the great service. Normally buy the pizza , after 4pm any drink is for 10p with the pizza.
Was looking at having an online delivery. They have such a good selection of food & good value too. Some of the reviews put me off but i might try a delivery to see for myself.
I have upgraded this greggs comment to a five star as I feel it is the best greggs in Cardiff. The weekend staff work together tirelessly to give the customer a friendly,courteous and prompt service and they should be commended for their efforts, "Thank you Gregg's Pentwyn". Yep, very nice breakfast baguette. Bread was nice and fresh, bacon, sausage and egg tasty and the latte I had was nice too. No beans or tomatoes unfortunately but overall, pretty enjoyable. 3 & a half stars I think is reflective.
No corned beef pasties for sale but they were being cooked. Good stock of other items needed. Young lad who served me was polite and efficient.
Great stopping off point if you need a quick fix. Needs to be more careful as place was a tip. Had to explain to Kyle reusable cup means any reusable cup and not Gregg's version. Had to show him the tweet from Gregg's HQ to prove it. Good job the other members of staff backed me up. As always thanks
Can often be a big queue but thats because it is a good Greggs but maybe miss it if you're in a hurry or are going to be late for work etc. Other than that its great 👍
Decent greggs, can get really busy. Usually have good selection and not too much of a wait.

Busy store, staff trying to get it done in the right order. Could do with a better waiting space as customers waiting for coffees gathered around the one till while they're trying to serve other customers and it feels a bit claustrophobic. The other week went in with my aunty and bought two lattes. The lady asked if we wanted any cakes and joking we said only if they're free and the lady said as a treat she would like to give us 2 cakes for FREE! so shocked and happy! The staff are lovely there I'm lucky I live across the road :) love
It's Greggs, so you know it's going to be good! The festive bake is back, which is awesome. But where have the bean and sausage bakes gone?
