I was here last weekend.i had a popcorn frappe. It was absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere here is nice, the staff are friendly and the service is good.

I use this Costa once a week throughout the year. It has improved a good deal in the last 12 months. It is a far more pleasurable experience nowadays.

Friendly and helpful staff however the tables were not cleared of debris.. only about 4 tables but made it look a little untidy

Currently being refurbished, but staff were excellent. Very polite and helpful.
Great drink selection. Please get a new toilet seat, for weeks it has been missing. Also if possible an extra member of staff, might be handy too. It is often too busy for two members to run on their own.
Same top quality coffee. Easy to order and queue with distance. The company does have apps to allow for an online order and collection. There's a range of alternative non dairy milks for example coconut flat whites. But still no gluten free sandwiches.
