We used to come to Romazzino a lot a few years ago but it went downhill for the food and the staff. A manager was there for a while who was very rude and unpleasant. Yesterday we decided to give it a go... it's definitely back in our top 5 again. The food - baked aubergine & mozzarella stack in tomato sauce, caprese and sautéed mixed mushrooms in creamy marsala sauce followed by meatballs and pasta and two of us ordering chicken in cream sauce with garlic mash. My only complaint - my husband wouldn't let me lick the plate! Two of us had desserts; chocolate & hazelnut cream profiteroles and hazelnut brownies. Both of which were divine. The nicest surprise was the bill, three starters, three main courses, two desserts, one glass of Prosecco, a bottle of water. Three soft drinks & three cappuccinos came to under £65.
We will definitely be returning very soon.
My wife and I went for a meal and the foos was outstanding as we our both vegan and they had a great choice vegan menu also have started describing there wine suitable for vegan. The staff were so pleasant and attentive it made our night. Cannot wait to go back
Went for a great meal on Saturday evening the restaurant was full The food was excellent they made a great fuss of my granddaughter - especially over her sweet. The staff are friendly and helpful All I would say is book a table Have been been here many times and have never been disappointed
Never had a bad meal here, always great food and wine, and the staff are friendly and obliging. Proper Italian cuisine, proper Italian hospitality.

What a lovely friendly restaurant with food to match. We will definitely dine there again. We took the kids there as a treat for their birthdays as they wanted something a little more grown up. The staff were attentive and chatty to us. I think the one we spoke to was Rosina - from south Italy. Oh and the profiteroles were D-licious!!!! Thank you so much for making our evening. 😀

Food was lovely and great that they do a vegan menu. Staff very friendly & attentive even though they were very busy! Only downside was they do vegan but didn't have soya milk for a coffee at end of meal!

I've been here a few times now and I absolutely love it. The seafood linguini is the best I've ever had - loads of flavour and packed with squid, clams, mussels and prawns. It has to be the best Italian restaurant I've been to.

Our favourite restaurant in Nantwich, we come here often and always have an amazing experience. From fantastic service, to incredible food, we always leave feeling extremely happy and satisfied. The arancini is delicious, as is the salmon and the various garlic breads. I usually go for pizza as their pizza is just so good, the dough is perfect, just the way a pizza should be. Most recently though, I tried the beef cheek which was equally excellent and tasty. Their wine selection is also vast and delicious. Highly recommend coming here!
We popped in on the off chance we could be accommodated without a reservation and they managed to fit us in at the bar.
We were promptly served by a welcoming chap and our drinks followed shortly after.
We ordered pizzas. They were absolutely fantastic, a true Neapolitan style pizza with a delicate and light base. We both absolutely loved the food, and would definitely go again.
Booked for my wife's birthday as she had wanted to visit this restaurant since we moved to Nantwich. We were not disappointed. Food was amazing, staff friendly and helpful, everything we had hoped for.

Do need to keep an eye finner things such as cookery needs to be super clean. Also, water glassware was hard plastic nice but I just don't class that with fine dinning.
Overall, lovely restaurant and will definitely visit again but with my husband.
Had a delicious lunch here today with my family. They even sang Happy Birthday to me and put a candle in my ice cream! Such lovely staff.

Every time you visit this fabulous gem of a restaurant, you are treated like a friend. The staff are brilliant, the restaurant is beautiful and the food is DELICIOUS. We have dined at Romazzinos many times and have never been disappointed.

Food wise all of it I would order again, the tastes and the cooking were as always perfect. Loving the new place (I know 2018 you moved there) you've still retained the charm but eeked in that moderness perfectly. Nice olive oil and bread starter. Had veal and a mushroom pasta dish. Both that little bit different that made them interesting (in a good way)!
We havnt been for a while, but it didnt disappoint, food was lovely just one thing if you order a spag bol dish bring your own spoon, i know italians eat it with just the fork, but i really wanted a spoon but was offered a dessert spoon didnt really work, saying all that i enjoyed it.
We had a fantastic meal for our Sons 18th birthday last Saturday. The staff were excellent, food was amazing, just wish we didn't have to be rushed out as per restriction rules, as we had only just finished eating when out two hour's were up. We will definitely be back though.
Lovely lunch out for my wife's grant's 88th. Polite & friendly staff. Good recommendations for my own potato allergy & that of gran-in-law who needed softer options, due to recent jaw injury (from a fall, about 6 weeks ago).
Very accommodating of a wheelchair & our peculiar dietary needs.
On a plus, the staff do not keep coming to you with "Is everything ok?" every 5 minutes. They ask once towards/at the end of a course, which is both polite & at the right time. Of course, they are still right on hand if you do need something attending to.
Not the cheapest of restaurants but the quality is reflected in the food you are served & the service received.
Nan - who can be quite fussy, enjoyed the food & experience, repeating so, all of the way home.

So after seeing all the good reviews and not been here ourselves we decided to book a table for 4 for our son’s recent birthday.
Was overall impressed. Excellent food, (we all rated the food tasted fabulous) overall good service, only downside was our table was not the best as it was in the middle, with walk ways each side.
Another minor point is during our meal we were not asked if our meals were ok?
And also we were not asked if we wanted any wine or any extra drinks during the meal?
Good selection of drinks, Italian beers and wines. Cocktails too...
Price wise, some might say on the pricey side, (£135 for 4 including drinks, 4 beers and 2 small glasses of wine) but for special occasions, it’s more than worth it.
No parking, but there is plenty of public car parking at the back at the rear of restaurant.
Try it, I’m sure you get good experience.
Really nice and welcoming atmosphere. The food was superb, I was a bit hesitant as I had seen the odd bad review on Tripadvisor but decided to give it a go for me and my partner's anniversary. The menu is really nice, plenty to choose from I could have picked between quite a few dishes. I also asked if I could have a long Island iced tea (something that was not on the cocktail menu) and the waiter we had was more that happy to accommodate this. For starters we had the pan fried scallops and the pistatio humous. The scallops were delicious and the humous came with homemade bread. For mains we had chicken and chorizo rissoto, it was so creamy and flavourful. We also had the herb crusted lamb which was to die for. It's one of the more expensive main choices but I am really glad I chose it and it was definitely worth the money. All in all would definitely recommend Romazzino, staff are professional and food is a 10/10. Thanks for having us.
We had a party of 13 at Romazzino recently. We found the atmosphere and friendliness in the restaurant absolutely great. Food and service were excellent. Definitely recommend. If we lived closer we would be there regularly,!
