Excellent service, excellent wine pairing, good atmosphere although a bit cramped.
Unfortunately the food let us down this time. In this 3 rosettes establishment, albeit well presented, the dishes were lacking in flavour, seasoning and creativity.
The most wonderful experience and amazing meal. Each dish was explained by the chef and had so much love and thought behind it, it really came out in the dishes. The drink pairings were well thought through to match each dish perfectly - just the perfect evening! Thank you again
Awesome NYE meal, staff were friendly, attentive and the food was excellent.
On an additional note our taxi cancelled on us and we were left stranded - they took us in while they cleaned up for the evening and gave us the opportunity to find transport home. Would give them 6 stars if we could!

Wilder is very expensive, with a novel, multi-course tasting menu that won't be for everyone. However, if you do like great food, a regularly changing menu, and are out for something special, I can't think of anything in the area that offers the same experience.
