Used for the first time. Delicious! 🏆 Very tasty and good flavours. Even delivered 15 minutes and still hot. Easy to use. Called at 4.30PM; they still took my order despite being closed. Promised to deliver by 6 and arrived by 5.15! 😃 Can’t pay online by BACS transfer was easy enough. Three people, £58 and we probably ordered too much; didn’t finish it all. Very friendly. The driver even said it would be very tasty and he was right! Hard to find good quality takeout and this wins. I tired the Venison Exotic 🌶️ and it was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice!

Took a drive from Sowerby Bridge tonight to collect and was not dissapointed. The food was better than most restaurants, in fact I'd say it's restaurant quality but to takeaway. Compliments to the chef!. The chicken bengali certainly lived up to the very hot label,it was in fact very hot. What a refreshing change as most places will say it's hot and it always turns out to be not that hot at all. Even the pilau rice was full of flavour and cooked with whole spices. Would certainly recommend after tonights meal and will definitely be back again. Thanks!

Hands down the best curry I’ve ever had, restaurant or take out. We popped in last night and picked up a goat curry, venison curry and extras. Amazing flavours and generous portions. Chatting to the chap there, you can tell how passionate and proud of their food they are. Awesome! Will be back even though I’m over an hour away!

Absolutely divine! I happened upon this place when cycling in the area and it smelt too good not to go in. I had a lamb shank madras (the fact that this was on the menu says how much they care about food here!) and it was awesome. Garlic and chilli naan was lovely too. And the man at the front of house was super friendly and helpful! Please try if you’re nearby! I’ll be “cycling” round here a lot more in future.

Our favourite Indian food, so fresh and tastes fantastic. The kids love it, we all love it. The naan breads are the best, made on collection so fresh and fabulous. Huge portions, enough for the next day too 😀

The food was really good & you could decide on mild, medium or hot which was great. The menu was interesting & had a number of vegetarian & fish options included. The prices were very reasonable especially within the current financial climate & the guy who served us was super friendly & welcoming. We’ll definitely return!

This is a place where you can tell the owner is passionate about food. No cutting corners and poor quality meat and ingredients. You truly get what you pay for. This place puts surrounding takeaways to shame. The owner is a top man, one of the nicest people you will meet.

I’m not a big fan of curries but OMG. THE best I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to visit when we’re back . Although he thought I was from Newcastle (I’m proper Yorkshire 😂) ❤️

This is ‘by far’ the best provider of traditional Indian food in England, we visit here very often and are yet to be disappointed. Granted at busy times there can be a wait of up to an hour for deliveries, but it’s a wait well worth the quality of food that is received. The food you can tell is freshly prepared and made with pride, this is NOT your average all dishes taste the same take away, I’ve had food from establishments as far south as Cornwall and as far north as Edinburgh, Tamana’s is 110% the best of them all. Definitely in a class of its own and so are the staff, keep up the great work and we’ll see you again soon.

Popped in on the way past to ask if the the curries were Gluten free. The man behind the counter was very aware of the allergen and assured me the curries were Gluten free. We walked away with a Lamb Biryani and Chicken Korma with Coconut rice. Beautiful food and no allergic reaction to gluten 😁 we'll be back!

Me and my boyfriend were visiting Hebden Bridge from London and were highly recommend this Indian by the lady in our local shop… we weren’t disappointed! The owner greeted us warmly at the door and we had a good chat about our trip and the food. He then made me a custom authentic dish after I explained what I liked, very kind! The food was really tasty and the onion bhaji was especially nice. Thank you!!

One of the best takeaway curries I’ve had. Well cooked chunky pieces lamb with the puris and biryani and plenty of large pieces of chicken with the jalfrezi. All beautifully cooked and helpful service from the staff. Thanks for a lovely meal.
