best curry in the area 100% � staff are always friendly and willing to accomodate for large families for birthdays etc , food is delicious

Went on the banquet night. Tasty curry and kind on the bank balance. Normally dont do popadoms but the pickle was very good. Service wasnt perticularly speedy though.

Top Indian in the local area. With relaxing decor excellent staff, banquet nights Sunday to Thursday great valve for money. Also Elvis nights that keep you entertained all evening

We had a lovely family meal here this evening. The food was excellent, really tasty and authentic with a great use of spices , nothing too over powering . The portion sizes were great, and it was served on hot plates ( its a chef thing, love a hot plate) the restaurant is very clean, and staff are so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend a visit . The Thursday night banquet is such great value for money too.

The butter chicken and saag paneer. Lemon rice,lamb chom chom were absolutely exquisite. With drinks. £46 Well spent. Service was fast and polite.

Waiter service lacked a little finesse, and it seemed we were more of an inconvenience.
Regularly use the restaurant as a takeaway, as the food is exceptional.

I am a Canadian visiting University of Reading at UK with my family. I was recommended by a friend to have dinner at this award winning restaurant. Food was simply outstanding...hospitality was great. I ate Bolti Karai, lamb Naga, lamb biriyani, mixed platters, vegetables bhaji, tarka Daal, and Naan. Heaven exists....

I eat here regularly on a Thursday for the £15 banquet night.. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the food is delicious especially the tikka masala which is amazing!!!
The best Indian restaurant I've been to for a looong time. No shortage on the use of spices, really well seasoned. Totally understand why these guys got an award (even if it was from a couple of years ago, though that may have been due to covid).
We ate as a group of 6 and tried each others dishes, everyone was impressed. Nothing missed and great service from end to end. Finally, a decent Indian restaurant in this area! Will return.
I came here for a long overdue catch-up with some friends. Food was spot on and service was perfect. Very friendly staff who couldn't do more for us. We will be returning very soon!
Just walked in by myself as I was staying in the area. Very friendly welcome and could choose where to sit. Clean modern decor (I sat near big bubble feature on the wall - very relaxing) and the food was to die for. I ordered Bengal Special which was chicken filled with spiced beef - very tender and delicious. Couldn't eat it all so had it bagged up to take home.
I had a take out this evening and would really recommend to try them out the food was cooked well and it’s clean
