We came here for the first time recently as it was recommended by a friend.
On arrival I asked about allergens and they had allergy book ready for me so I could read through it with ease. I choose the caramel shortcake flavour which was delicious, they also do cakes, sweeties and coffees/teas. The
Popped into Sweet Haven for a dessert on the passing this evening.
Was greeted by the friendly staff behind the counter who gave us a menu and said we were welcome to take a seat whilst we decided what we would like.
We ordered the Ferrero Rocher Waffle and a Hot Brownie & Ice Cream

Great sit in service. We ordered 4 x 2 scoop milk shakes, they were nice but the ice cream flavour didn't really come through. Large variety of ice cream flavours. Waffles, crepes and cookie dough desserts on offer. Slushi's, tea, hot chocolate and coffee available too.
We will visit again.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Massive selection of sweets, ice creams and desserts. My partner ordered a selection of ice creams and I ordered the crepe which were amazing.

Great throw back to times gone by with the shelves full of traditional sweeties. Amazing selection of ice cream and the cakes are pretty good too. Friendly personal service. I'll definitely return.
Fantastic selection of ice creams, and very tasty too. Kids had Crepes which they were well impressed with. Service was swift, friendly and efficient.
Only thing lacking was soft drinks. They had Slush machines, but soft drinks weren't obvious......or maybe I just missed them.
