I've eaten here a couple of times, but always forget to take pics! I like to have pictures on reviews. We walked in here on a Saturday at midday, and managed to get a nice table inside. Staff were lovely, food was really nice - I really recommend the halloumi fries and sweet chili sauce. The only thing is the service was a bit slow, between starter and main. Really nice food, I tried the cider too but wasn't a fan! My husband enjoyed the Guinness. I love the view here, mumbles never really misses. Recommend!

Food was delicious! Mussels, oysters, watermelon salad & fish tacos were all amazing. £2 oysters on Tuesdays were a hit. Lovely rooftop with great views. Favourite spot! Can’t wait to go back and enjoy more. Highly recommend. Staff were helpful and friendly

We stayed at the hotel and dined at the restaurant, both exceeded expectations which started pretty high. The room was clean and had far better amenities than expected. The bath tiles were charming and the nespresso machine with cold milk and water in the fridge was a great touch. We heard mumbles was a must-see so made the trip out especially. This spot was the highlight of the trip. Staff were friendly, the sunset on the rooftop bar was stunning, and the seafood was scrumptious! If we were to return to mumbles it would be just to visit the oyster house again.

Perfect location, we loved the ocean view while had our lunch. Service was attentive and drinks were on point. Food came quick and was tasty, simple and honest cooking, that I can't fault. Suggestion on the mussels, we had some residual sand in the sauce and the garlic needed cooking a bit longer. Overrall, a great lunch and experience. Would recommend visiting.

We had really attentive service on a Sunday evening and the food - stewed beef with polenta chips and a lamb steak with feta and lentils - really exceeded our expectations. Everything was excellent. There's a good drinks menu and free still or sparkling water. It's a great spot for good value, good food with views of the Bay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Oyster House for 3 nights in March. The hotel rooms are beautiful and the sea views are stunning. The road is behind so the room looks directly out onto the bay. It was beautiful to wake up to sea views in the morning. The rooms are well decorated and tasteful with a light, airy and homely feeling. The double bed is large and comfortable. The shower was hot with great pressure. Breakfast was in the bar below and had a good choice of vegetation options, as well as traditional cooked breakfasts. The veggie fry up was great and croissants were good too. The staff were very friendly and we loved saying hi to them each day and were always greeted with a smile and a short chat. If you're visiting Mumbles and Swansea Bay, then the Oyster House is definitely the best place to stay!
