Lovely hotel, basic room but perfect for what we wanted and very clean. We got to the hotel 2 hours early and without expecting it they allowed us to check in early. Really lovely staff and beautiful building! Great location.
Wonderful one night stay. Very well appointed courtyard room with excellent shower. Cockles and laverbread for breakfast very lovely. Well stocked bar with great choice of local beers. Easy walking distance to Mumbles and Oystermouth Castle. Looking forward to a return visit.
We spent 2 nights at this lovely friendly hotel, the staff were amazing, room was clean and comfortable and we had a partial sea view, plenty of parking too. The weather turned very hot so the fan in the room was most welcome, the food was amazing we booked an evening meal excellent food and reasonably priced service was excellent too. They gave us water for our trip home which was very welcome and a lovely touch, we had a relaxing stay, will be returning as the very hot weather stopped us walking too far.
Went with daughter and future son in law to look at possible wedding venue. Nikki the wedding planner was so lovely and welcoming. Not at all pushy. Very accommodating. Daughter and son in law were so impressed with everything they've booked for 2024.

The room which was an executive one situation in the hotel itself was large, really lovely with coffee facilities as well as biscuits. The bathroom was lovely too.
The wedding meal was hot and delicious, good staff and service.
It was a perfect day, a perfect setting for the wedding, it was amazing from start to finish.
It was perfect place to stay, breakfast was delicious with a variety of yogurts, cereal, fruit, tea, coffee, toast which you helped yourself to and full cooked breakfast served at your table.
We would like to thank the Hotel and all the staff for making my sons and wife’s day so perfect and special.
Fabulous 1 night stay .the staff were super friendly and efficient. ..the room clean and tidy , location fantastic for a stroll to Mumbles and Swansea... My Breakfast was super yummy and set me up nicely for the day of exploring the local area .
Beautiful seaside location. The staff are ama,inf and can't do enough for you. The hotel is gorgeous , welcoming and homely.
Norton house hotel did the after funeral gathering for my late mother, we couldn't have wished for anything better the food was absolutely amazing and the staff were on hand all the time to refresh everyone's drinks.
They set up a memory table which was absolutely beautiful.
We can't thank them enough for making what was a hard day for us so perfect at the wake

We had our wedding reception in Norton House on 10/09/22. We had the perfect day! The staff were great and owner Alan made sure the whole day ran smoothly whilst being so warm and welcoming. Ruth and Hannah were so helpful through the whole planning of the day and made the experience so easy and enjoyable. The food was beautiful and the venue was perfect for an intimate reception of 58 people. The guests were full of praise for the food and the lovely venue. We had photos on mumbles pier which meant we had a great location for photos without travelling far and missing part of the day. Highly recommend Norton House as a wedding venue
We have just had a 3 night stay here and like previous stays it has been a pleasure, despite the rain!

Great location. Visited for a wedding and it was a nice place to spend some time. The rooms were a bit cramped but seeing as not much time was spent in them they were just about passable. Bug bear though is shower cleanliness. There is no need for mould build up. Use H&G it keeps our shower sparkling. Food for the wedding was excellent though and the location was superb. Mumbles sea front was just a couple of hundred yards away. So overall a great weekend.
Room was small but clean and cosy. Location excellent to walk into the Mumbles for evening meal at Pierre Bistro and for hiking along the coast. Service was excellent and breakfast was good. A bottle of water was given to us both for the journey home! Nice touch.
