I honestly couldn't fault the Kitchen Table. Went there with my friends last week. Loved the decor, it really does have a great feel to the place. The service was outstanding. We were made to feel so welcome & the waiter went out his way ensuring we were all happy. Everyone loved their food. Being a vegan it's great to go somewhere where I'm catered for. I had the most stunning vegan curry with veg rice. I also had a lovely latte with soya milk & if I wasn't too full I would have had one of their vegan cakes. Definitely a great places for all dietary requirements. Can't wait to go back Thanks for a wonderful afternoon

Went here this morning for breakfast. Delicious fresh food and lovely coffee. I enjoyed a pot of fresh tea too. I have to say that the scrambled eggs are the best I've ever eaten, would love to know how the chef made them so tasty.

We had a great lunch here today! It was recommended to us by a passer-by (who realised we were looking for lunch - must have been the pained expressions), so we made our way to the seafront to find it. They managed to cater for a mixed crowd of us (3-year-old, 3 teenagers, 4 fussy women) easily, with a varied and interesting menu. When the food arrived it was colourful and tasty. A little on the expensive side but well worth it. I'll be visiting again.

Called in for a light lunch today. We had the butternut, beetroot and goats cheese burger and the grilled halloumi, aubergine and chipotle mayo flatbread. Both were beautifully served with salad and sweet potato fries. Great service, wonderful freshly cooked food with a great atmosphere. Caters for all tastes including vegan and vegetarian alike. Highly recommended +++++

Came to the kitchen table for food last night for our valentines/celebration meal. It was absolutely amazing, everything from starter to desert was perfect. Loved the fact that everything was gluten free also as I always struggle with eating out. Excellent customer service also. Can't wait to come back

We had a lovely brunch here. Great options from standard brunch to more hipster offerings. I had avocado and salmon on sour dough. Service was pleasant and food served quickly. Dog friendly. Good vegan options and kid friendly too. All round lovely experience. (Not wheelchair accessible)

We liked this lovely seafront cafe so much that we ate there twice. The food is tasty, wholesome, beautifully cooked and presented and very good value. The staff are really welcoming too. I love the dog seating area and that there is space for non dog owners to sit comfortably too. I'll make a beeline for The Kitchen Table next time I'm in Swansea.

Excellent food, freshly produced and beautifully presented, yet at a very reasonable price. The convenient position on the front at Mumbles is a bonus, as it's excellent dog friendly policy....all in all a first class choice of restaurant. Just a little bit on the 'bijou' side for some, perhaps, but, like me, it may be small but it's beautifully formed! Very difficult access, though, to the toilet for those of limited mobility.

Always great food and vegan options too! Excellent service. Always so friendly and helpful. At Christmas they had made a wonderful nut roast and said I'd love the recipe. Minutes later the chef came out with all the ingredients written down and how to make it!!!

Popped here for brunch on a nice sunny day - must say I was impressed. The service was good, fast and friendly; felt more personable and human than a lot of places. The food was also very good - better than I expected if I'm honest. Cream teas, scones and sourdough egg/avocado toast were good. I would say the coffee could be a bit better if I'm being picky. The place itself was clean and quite endearing in decor. Also was excellent value price-wise.

Great little independent place full of individual charm and lovely home cooked food. Portion sizes are good and nicely presented too. I don't have a gluten tolerance issue but if you do they have a good selection too.

Went today with 4 friends. Phoned this morning to alter reservation from 10 to 5. Was treated with courtesy. We turned up and all enjoyed our lunch. The lady in charge kindly took some photos. Definitely recommend. V

Took my Canadian visiting family here for lunch. First the decor is 'quaint' but in a delightful way. The waitress greeted us and as we were catching up allowed us extra time. I had deep fried halloumi and fries. We also sampled a vast array of the menu including camembert, the breakfast and a jacket potato, all delicious. Coffee was nice, price was great and I would highly recommend going here for a bite to eat or just a sit down drink.

The Kitchen Table Cafe is one of those unassuming restaurants that sits amongst a host of other options, all screaming for your attention, but which quietly gets on with doing what it does best - offering a varied menu that pleases everyone with superb service to match. We have eaten here with friends and family on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. The food is always of an excellent quality, the service is friendly and the prices are more than reasonable. If you haven't been to one of their Friday Sri Lankan curry nights then you are really missing a treat. Forget the other fancier options and head here - you won't be sorry you did so.

Lovely food and a great atmosphere. Try the gluten free raw chocolate torte or the gluten free chocolate brownie. Delicious! They're always so welcoming too. It's a special place so go and treat yourself.

Lovely people, great food, nice atmosphere, & very reasonable prices. Busy as arrived late for lunch, but the service was good/speedy. Veggie breakfast for myself and a Sri Lankan curry for the better half. Smiles all 'round.

Ok, the food is fresh, they have a variety of choices. You get choices of egg styles ...not always available in other institutes so a big plus from me. Sausages, good quality, bacon, crispy and tasty. Avo, always a nice addition to breakfast....

Whether you're vegan, vegetarian or a meat eater, this place is great. As a vegan I especially love this place - as far as I'm aware it's the only place in Mumbles or in fact the wider Swansea area that caters for vegans easily without it being an issue or requiring an awkward request. There is great attention to detail to accommodate dietary preferences and needs, which is very refreshing. The place is unique in its atmosphere and ethos for good quality food and also local produce and crafts. The staff are wonderful, always very friendly, warm and welcoming - nothing is too much trouble. The only downside for me is on a Friday evening there is live music and, depending on the performers and style of music, it's either a pleasant experience or a very uncomfortable one. For example, I have very much enjoyed flamenco guitar playing subtly in the background and blending in to the atmosphere, but also experienced ill-fitting cover songs sung way too loudly for comfort, to the point where conversation with fellow diners was impossible. The latter really impacted the dining experience for me.
