Stylish place with fantastic food and really polite, friendly, hospitable staff. We have been before as a couple and loved it but returned yesterday for Sunday lunch (which was divine) with the family to celebrate a birthday. What a lovely experience! The place was crazy busy but staff were just as attentive as if you were the only ones there. Fab! We will be regular visitors from now on! Starting with Easter time!

Me and my 2 dogs decided to sit outside on a very rare dry January day as it was relatively mild. I was told that we were more than welcome to be seated indoors, which was really nice and the dogs were given a biscuit each! I chose mussels and (huge) pork chop from the £9.95 for 2 Courses menu. Everything was really fresh and delicious and I was made to feel really welcome. Would not hesitate to recommend . Thank you.

Haven't been here for 3 years, how daft is that. Went with friends today for lunch & I remembered how wonderful it was. The variety of food on offer would tempt even a jaded palate. They offer vegetarian & vegan menus also. The setting overlooking the Mumbles is superb. The staff couldn't do enough for you without being invasive. The meals we chose were all of good quality & the portions were generous to say the least. Best of all, they are DOG friendly. . They have a section of the restaurant dedicated to us pooch lovers and the beach is just opposite, every visiting canine gets a biscuit too. Will certainly be returning. Huge thumbs up.

Lunched here with my sister and husband a their two small dogs who were visiting from Lancashire. Service was prompt friendly and attentive. We had items from the £10. 95 two course menu. All the food was excellent and ample quantities. I would especially mention the braised beef which was in large chunks which were tender and tasty with a rich sauce. The menu included a complimentary well stocked salad cart. Excellent quality and value in a very pleasant environment. Includes a dog friendly area.

Always enjoy here. Four of us eat yesterday lunch time, the rib steaks cooked beautifully as requested but with a lovely chargrill flavour too were excellent. Brother in law had the lamb shank and sister had the fish, all plates cleared. Large potions, excellent shiraz red wine, very attentive staff, looking forward to going back

I went there on a trip adviser recommendation.i was with my daughter. We shared a baked Brie for starter then I had cod in a white wine sauce with prawns and dill served with sweet potato fries. My daughter had the ribs.it was all absolutely delicious and plentiful. We were too full for pudding sadly, but we will go back! The staff were all lovely and attentive, working well as a team. The manager was very welcoming and had a good sense of humour.

We visited twice on our trip to Mumbles over the Bank Holiday weekend. Both nights we had a lovely dinner. The food was amazing! The fish was gorgeous and they had the best garlic bread ever! The service was very good and extremely friendly. The place is extremely dog friendly! Will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Visited twice while on holiday in The Mumbles...very impressed with the service, staff & atmosphere. The food was piping hot & very generous portions. Prices are really reasonable & staff are friendly & efficient, it was quite busy but we were served fairly quickly. Had to rush off the second time due to parking (prices are very high close by) I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. 5* service.

A lovely restaurant. We choose to sit outside with the dog, however we were welcome inside and under the outdoor heating. Nice and polite staff. We had the seafood platter which was perfectly cooked and plenty for two for a lunch with a bowl of chips.

We went with 8 of us and a baby for breakfast. Some of us were vegetarian, and we went on a Sunday morning. The breakfast was great, and the portion sizes were decent, too... We were well looked after and had a great time.

Really lovely place to have a leisurely evening meal with the kids. The seafood platter was enjoyed by all (whitebait and calamari particularly noteworthy) and generous portions for adult mains. Kids portions just the right size for pre-teens. Try the Mermaid ale or lager if local brews are your thing.

We popped in here yesterday, no reservation and a little late for lunch, we received a very warm welcome and shown to a very nice table, not to small and plenty of room, nice atmosphere in the room, a few friendly dogs around so dogs welcome, I was served a very respectable glass of red wine, we ordered and our food was served in a timely manner. A good selection of meals on the menu and reasonably priced. All in all a very nice lunch.

We were a table of 8 and every one of us enjoyed our meal. Our server, Terry, was very funny and friendly. The service was very good. I had the salmon with new potatoes and left very satisfied. Three of our group had desserts and each one was raved about.

A breakfast menu with everything you would want. Perfect portions, Illy coffee, and great service. From the dog: Leaving the best till last. Wish we found this place earlier as they have a Dog Menu!!! I had a bowl of sausages but there was chicken, salmon and steak on the menu too. Yummy.
