We were recommended this place as somewhere to come that accepts dogs and it was so much more than that.
The atmosphere was lovely and cosy and we found a nook by the fireplace with some books that the kids read whilst we settled the dog.
We were greeted by the staff who took the time to chat to us
Ok.. it was a Saturday evening, no cooked food ,which seems to be the norm in Ludlow after 8pm.. however there were sandwiches. And great beer and friendly folk .. with wonderful service
Had an excellent Sunday lunch (for 11 of us including 4 children), combined with great friendly service from Millie, Alfie and Jodie in a wonderful old pub....what’s not to like!...we all had a brilliant time and will be back again soon.

Always have a meal and a pint when I'm here on holiday. Lovely food, well presented and served, great atmosphere very friendly pub, staff and customers reasonable prices, fully recommend it. It's always busy which speaks for its self, and very dog friendly.
