Popped in a couple of times now and it's a lovely place on the river with great food and friendly staff. Its also dog friendly and seems to have some lovely clientèle to boot.. just the place for a cold pint on a summer evening.

The Swan is a hidden gem, great beer great people & a great atmosphere, I want to say it’s rubbish so everyone stays away but it’s far from it. Well done guys & girls keep it up

A proper pub, with friendly staff and excellent food! The food is delicious, seasonal and varied, especially the Bistro Nights, which are themed. We've only missed one this year (cos we were on holiday). The general Menu is always delicious too. Lots of interesting beers (& cider!!) Definitely the best pub in the area!

Excellent selection of real ales, good choice of wines, and spirits. The building is over 300 years old and the current owners have been mindful not to rip its guts out and chalk paint everything. Lovely original features, gorgeous garden with the river at the bottom. Food is pub snacks, cobs, sausage rolls, and yummy local pork pies and scotch eggs. Regular monthly themed Bistro nights. Staff are friendly, and knowledgeable of their products. Love, love, love this local pub and very lucky to live so near to it. Use your locals while we still have some great ones left!!!
