Characterful village pub with a garden backing onto the river soar. 5 Excellent cask ales frm both local and national brewers on offer at the time of my visit.
The only pub i know in Leicester that sells the best beer on the planet (Mahou) Ps not doing food as google suggests, not sure why.
This may be one of the cutest towns ! This pub is fantastic!
We were here last night and we had such a great time that we came back today. Top of the pops
Such a cute traditional English pub, great selection of gins including titantic plum gin ( you must try it!! ). Not eaten in here but the food looks lovely from what I’ve seen. Highly recommend.
Excellent selection of real ales, good choice of wines, and spirits. The building is over 300 years old and the current owners have been mindful not to rip its guts out and chalk paint everything. Lovely original features, gorgeous garden with the river at the bottom. Food is pub snacks, cobs, sausa
