An excellent little pub in the heart of Silchester. The food is superb and the service was very good indeed. A truly fabulous meal including a monster piece of delicious bbq pork. Highly recommend this place. Can’t wait to go again. Thank you.

Amazing quality food and very generous portions. Did not need to book buy done it on their website just incase. Highly recommend. Will.be going back to work my way through the menu! Ribs just wow! Such a portion and great tasking.

Nice pub, small and cosy. Visited on Mother's Day and ordered the rump steak. It comes raw on a hot plate so you can cook it to your liking!

Went for dinner last night and it was lovely, the staff were very friendly, we got the pork chop, pizza and green Thai curry and they were all delicious and very generous portions! Would definitely recommend.

Went here for dinner yesterday and it was wonderful. So well looked after - thank you. Food was really great, with so much more on the menu we want to try - felt really safe. We enjoyed having our burger, pizza, and Thai curry! Delisious meals, desserts and pleasant waitresses. Service bit slow but food makes up for it splendidly!
