Great place with great service. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great and just what we needed after a big night out.

We stayed for one night, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, the beds comfortable and the food great. The only negative from our stay was there was a party on the night we stayed which was quite noisy until late. We were told about this prior to our stay though so can't fault the staff, just unfortunate timing 😊

Friendly local pub. Dog friendly. Decent beer. We were well pleased with our food. The chef even made my curry extra hot and it was spot on! Bar staff are extremely pleasant. Would definitely visit again.

Naomi and her parents have made a remarkable turnaround since replacing Gary. Now warm clean and friendly. Great things planned . Good luck to them. Feb 2020....Brand new kitchen now up and running. Food is marvellous, particularly the Sunday lunches. People waiting at the door on a Sunday for lunch as word has got round. Best is to book ! Wonderful rejuvenation of this village pub. Well done Nyoami, Mark, Cheryl and staff....July 2022..new management at the Trap. Kerry has made a great start. The atmosphere is remarkable and the staff are great. Busy again tonight. More live entertainment, and pop up catering. It seems like everything is going well. Sarah and staff are so friendly and now with the addition of chef Kim, things can only get better.

The Trap Inn is a warm, welcoming place. The staff are friendly and professional people who are very family oriented and also animal friendly. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. The food is excellent value for money and delicious. The bar is stocked with a wide range of beers, wines and spirits served to a very high standard. The only negative is that we aren't able to stay longer, when we come here!

Classic country style local pub, they have a very high standard of self catering accommodation and an excellent food menu. The food prices are very reasonable and I found the staff friendly too. This pub is respected around the local area and the landlord keeps good beer in general and serves a good selection of real ale. Yes honestly worth a visit.

Very friendly staff right from the start when I telephoned to book and then had to alter the arrival day. Quant pub . Lovely breakfast and traditional pub food and clean and large bed room. Dog friendly and locals make you welcome as do the owners. Good price and if visiting the area again would stop again. Thanks
