Lovely cafe and deli. Visited yesterday & normally I have a savory tooth but I was tempted with the rhubarb and custard cake. Hubby had chocolate cake. Tea was.piping hot & I managed to get 2 good cups out of the pot. At the moment they have autumnal flavours to the coffee such as pumpkin spice. Tab
We had a late breakfast as we were on our little road trips. The breakfast (£8.50) was okay but hubby thinks it was quite good. I would have preferred fried eggs, the bacon was a little dry and sausage wasn’t as good.
Bonus was the artisan market which I failed to photograph.
Popped in after major lockdown 2. I am giving this 4 stars for friendly staff and great food. All important COVID secure. Recommend the smoked applewood cheese and orange marmalade sandwich. I am off to acquire the cheese and marmalade to take home.
My goto place to eat when in Morpeth. Totally unpretentious place but excellent menu choices and food quality really good. Choice of outdoor eating, service great and plenty of local parking.
A lovely cafe and I’m a regular visitor. Today there was no cake or traybake gluten free option, the options are normally small but always grateful for a little treat, There were loads of vegan options, often vegan options can also be made gluten free but nothing at all today and unfortunately for
Grandson loved his sandwich, even said it was the best he'd ever had..coffee was amazing, service fantastic, and I have to say it is spotlessly clean 😁
Always a good aura in The Morpeth Larder.Prompt service, good food and beverages, plenty of tasty quick snacks or tasty meals made from local producers.Handy kitchenalia and foodstuffs to purchase.Nice place to sit and unwind with coffee/tea after shopping.
Lovely and relaxing, clean and spacious, outdoor seating area too. Nice staff.
My husband had chilli con carne with pitta bread strips 😋 which be enjoyed and I had a baked potato with a tasty coronation chicken filling, which was very nice indeed. Good choices of toasties, panninis, quiche and break
Good selection of sandwiches, toasties and paninis. Also do soups and scones. Food is always nice. Only drawback is the price. We used the "eat out" deal, but it would have been very expensive if we'd had to pay full price. All in all a pleasant cafe with good selection of teas and coffees. Also sel
Great food and excellent service
Food was delicious and it was lovely to have too much choice of vegetarian options! Staff were efficient rather than friendly, but it was quite busy. Will definitely be back.
It was very busy, clearing away and service was slow, but food is good. No oat milk for latte ☹️.
Lots of lovely cakes and pastries. Get there early to be sure of securing your favourites!
