Wow. What a lovely pub in a beautiful area/location of North Wales. Located on a small beach with amazing views over the sea and cliffs in the distance. Had a very fresh and tasty Prawn salad washed down by a local beer. Very nice. Staff very friendly and just a great vibe. Will definitely return wh
A hidden gem and literally on the beach. A great choice of beer and great food. Beware the nachos to share are absolutely huge and delicious. Park at the National trust carpark and negotiate steep steps to a walk along the beach when the tide is out or follow the road through the golf course.
Great location on the beach. Food prices expensive, drinks decent choice. Ok veggie choice. Atmospheric pub with great open fire when we went but nice to sit outside looking at the sea if warm enough or have dogs.
We just had a drink here. Great pub, lovely beer, right on the beach. You need to walk to it across the golf club (didn't see any car parking - only for residents). Good outdoor seating and an outdoor bar at busy times. Good friendly service too.
We had a lovely time there. We took my german shepherd and even though he was a little big for the space they welcomed him inside as well. The food was good they had vegetarian options and gluten free which we appreciated. If you are having a walk in the area definitely stop there, it’s worth it.
Stunning location..Well worth the walk.
Staff relaxed and friendly.
Pub packed with strange items hanging from ceiling or on walls.
Very busy...but quietened down after lunch service.
Outside seating available..overlooking
Beach.
During summer months looks as if outside beach bar available.
We only had drinks but think this is a fab pub in a wonderful location, and they have thought of everything to make what is a very busy tourist pub run very smoothly. Things like, an outdoor bar and separate area for things like ice creams and coffees to avoid clogging up the main bar. Quick food an
We have been visiting this place for the last 4 years and it never disappoints. The owner and staff are fantastic, warm, welcoming and they don't forget a face. The cider is great and the food is scrummy......the views are to die for and it's a cracking vibe.
Absolutely gorgeous place. Food was brilliant and beer was lovely. Slightly disappointed by the service but hey ho! Music on Wednesday evening wasn’t our taste and very loud but great to see everyone enjoying themselves!
The bar is a busy little place with 2 real ales. A bit pricey at around £6 a pint but to be expected at a touristy place. Food menu doesn't do chips.
The barman with the beard and top-knot could do with cracking a smile 😁 every now and then!
