Have been many times for many years and always a lovely day out . Lovely teas and cakes and meals light and mains. A delightful garden at the back but also you can sit outside front or back in most weathers. I've brought many friends and family here over the years for birthdays and just a day trip. Plenty to see in the delightful village. Come see for yourself.

What an amazing find, in the heart of Moreton - the Marshmallow offers traditional afternoon tea with beautiful cakes. There's not a tea bag in sight! I can't remember the last time I was offered 'proper' tea with an individual tea strainer per cup - and the taste of the tea was divine πŸ’–πŸ˜‹ I can definitely recommend the warm chocolate brownie with clotted cream - heavenly πŸ˜‹β˜•πŸ’– Will definitely return after lockdown xxx

Very pretty place with a good selection of teas and outstanding pastries in addition to a menu with well-prepared British cuisine classics. Top class presentation and great service.

Sally (the owner) kindly baked 30 fruit scones with jam & clotted cream for the independent living site I run in Moreton-in-Marsh. She did this for a very reasonable price & was so helpful, she packed them well & even carried them out to my car. My residents were so looking forward to their afternoon cream tea & they were not disappointed, the homemade scones were delicious, Sally, you did us proud - thank you so much. I would definitely recommend & I will be using Marshmallow tea rooms again for functions being held by Bowling Green Court.

Great cakes on offer here, I had a raspberry chocolate millionaire slice that tasted amazing just like having a massive Quality Street sweet! Glad we found it on the High Street. My toastie was great as well.

This was my first time having cream tea in the jolly old. Our server was a local Moreton-in-Marsh lady with a very thick accent and very nice. We just wanted tea and a scone, which was a good portion. The clotted cream was fresh and spread quite well on the scone. The ladies helped give us some good advice on the area. There are many many tea shops on High Street, but this one has the right ambiance, food, and tea.

What a beautiful, glorious find! We were staying in Cheltenham recently and had visited Moreton before. However not this lovely little place. It is so quaint and serves the most beautiful fayre, hot and cold. It took me a second to decide on the Jammie Dodger Blondie. Oh my I have never tasted anything like that before. Served with single cream - heaven. My husband had his favourite too, a Brownie. I believe Sally makes the cakes, she is an unbelievable! The teabwas served in typical China cups and saucers and with a strainer. How lovely, we shall return.

Always good welcome. If you want homely cooking in the same type of environment then this is the place. Love their Hunters chicken when it's on. If you are looking for the' cotswold tearoom' for either cooked meal or afternoon tea, then you've found it here

Cute little tea room with friendly staff and free WiFi. The tea was served in teapot and authentic china. Authentic afternoon teas looked good on neighbouring tables. Yummy cakes but could do with a larger selection.
