Very nice place with two rooms.I went in the largest room. Popped in for a beer which was very nice. Large Cotswold brick fire place at one end with two large black bears either side. Food served here. Staff were friendly. Enjoyed my visit.
Went there for a Sunday roast, I had the lamb. The lamb was very tender and juicy, highly recommended. Everyone there was very friendly and a very warm atmosphere.
My husband and I are staying at a nearby hotel and walked to The Black Bear Inn for dinner. My husband had the steak and I had the fish and chips. We had ice cream and sticky toffee pudding. Our food was wonderful and the staff was friendly. We highly recommend The Black Bear Inn.
What a special place! Friendly, sincere service, absolutely delicious food. (Order the steak and ale pie - INCREDIBLE). Lovely atmosphere. Absolutely impeccable. You need to stop by!
Fab food, fab atmosphere and brilliant service from the whole team. Nothing is too much trouble. Have eaten there twice, recommend the steak and ale pie, ploughman's with homemade scotch egg and sausage roll. Also very dog friendly. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

We stayed in Moreton on Marsh for one week mid June and ate at The Black Bear Inn two evening. We really enjoyed the food both nights. Its a great place with good staff.
