One of the best Greggs in the area. Shelfs are stocked with fresh food. Customers served quickly/politey and accurately. Iv seen greggs with 4 members of staff struggle but the lad and lass in this branch are a credit ti greggs. Thank you for you service.
Good selection..really nice staff... makes a nice change,walking into Greggs and being spoken to...instead of the usual growls you get for asking them to do their job..

Never thought I’d be reviewing Greggs, but then the vegan sausage rolls happened... and now the vegan ring donut. Both delicious.
Would like the vegan fake steak bake if less oniony. It seemed to be the predominant taste which is not to my liking.
Vegan Xmas pies not bad either.

Just over £2 for a bacon bun and a cuppa who could complain. Especially when they're so good. The rest speaks for itself good Pasties and pies and exceptional cakes at a good price everytime

Just your typical Greggs, decent range of food as with all Greggs, prices are no different to anywhere else, morning staff are no more friendly or unfriendly as anywhere else, just in a really inconvenient location, in my opinion.
Amazing customer service from a lady at westgate greggs! Had one pasty missing and she dealt with it so quickly and went above and beyond! Thank you soo much
Great place for bacon butty and a brew at 7.00am as well as.the normal cakes and pasties or bakes access for wheelchair users is fair has one step other than that ok
