usually the food is great but went the other night for my tea I ordered burger and chips and it wasn't that good because they had to take my burger into the back k and when I got home with it the bottom off the bun was swamped in vinegar I couldn't take it back because I live in carnforth I was very disappointed
Great service as always , polite staff, fantastic food, last time had a chicken wrap ,perfectly cooked was absolutely delicious top 🔝 one in the town , highly recommend pizza cottage
Food is always served and delivered with care by Friendly staff.
The majority of the time food is delivered quickly and Hot.
Although There has been the odd occasion where it's been lukewarm. But it's understandable during busy hours.

They accidentally put mayonnaise on a kebab I ordered which my girlfriend can’t have. When I rang to tell them they were so apologetic and had a fresh kebab sent out to me within 10/15 minutes. The food is always fantastic from here. And the customer service was 10/10.
Fantastic food as always. Never to fault the food. Arrives fast. Special mention to same delivery driver who comes. Customer service brilliant. He deserves a medal! Well done!!

Best customer service of any takeaway in morecambe and Lancaster. Great Greek salads too. They always try to accommodate any changes needing to be made due to allergies etc as well
