So impressed with how much better this place is now, this time last year I wouldn’t of stepped foot in the place, today me and my family came in for some tea and the food is absolutely the delicious, the staff are on top form with customer service and the whole place just has a nicer, friendlier, more welcoming atmosphere! Can’t wait to go back!
Visited the newly refurbished station and what can I say wow �. Food was great, staff were lovely, Drinks were flowing and the atmosphere was brilliant with the live music, we were greated by Lindsay and she showed us to a table we ordered our food and were served by a number of staff Emma Ross and Jess they were all equally great we will defo be back x looking for a great evening head down to the station Morecambe ��
last time I came to the station the food wasnt the best, so coming tonight I wasn’t keen on the idea but my friend persuaded me, I can say I was surprised by how better the food was! I really enjoyed the hunters chicken, the staff was friendly and polite, will be coming back with pleasure!
I came into the station with work! im a support worker, I was abit apprehensive after reading reviews but from entering the restaurant we was made to feel welcome, a table was cleared and reset for us, the waiter was really helpful too! Once we ordered we was told there was an approximately 20 minute wait for food, which was fine due to it being busy but our food was on our table within 10 minutes! The food was hot, tasty and filling. The waiter and waitress asked how our food was and if we wanted any additional drinks or desserts. We got some dessert to, everyone I was with was really happy and satisfied with our experience at the station! We Could not of been more pleased with tye food, the waiters and the people on the bar! I will most defiantly be returning to the station with and without work. �
Bubbly and friendly staff, get the same meal every time and it gets better and better, very good value for money. Would defiantly recommend��
Went to the station as a guest for the relaunch of the pub, with my husband and two granddaughters, they had a play in wacky warehouse Paige and Ebony was lovely and very helpful. When we went through to the refurbished pub it looked new, sophisticated and the atmosphere was even more enjoyable, once we had ordered the food it was on our table within 15 minutes, my family throughly enjoyed what their meal, there was no complaints! Our servers was Caitlin, Emma and Becca they could not of been more accommodating! Our overall experience was outstanding. Definitely will be returning to the station pub! No complaints at all! A massive thank you for making our visit welcoming.
Great pub that is dog friendly. Large portions of the food, lots of vegan options and super friendly staff that are really helpful. Food was cooked well and was piping hot when we got it. Nice atmosphere inside as well with plenty tvs to watch sport on.
Absolutely beautiful building, staff are really friendly, food was even better, even as a gluten free individual, the nachos were a huge portion, then the hunters chicken was even better🩵. Very relaxed environment, no rush to leave once finished. Everyone on our table was really pleased with food/service🙂. Would definitely recommend to everyone as choice is plentiful & very fresh, I wish I lived nearer or this would easily become my 'go-to local' but I hope to visit again in the near future.
Really good experience the staff are busy and helpful. Food is well cooked and tasty. The premises are respect for the history of the building. Good value for money. Worth a visit.
The boneless chicken is really good. A must have thing in this place. The atmosphere and service is nice. The staff are really friendly. They also help out with allergies. A must to have lunch in Morecambe.
Nice Pub & Food
Situated on the front next to the market and across from midland hotel.
Nice inside with character.
Good selection of food on the menu.
Ordered food came quickly & was piping hot.
Very reasonable priced as well.
Well worth a visit
Nice little pub at the end of the main street of Morecambe sea front which used to be Tue old railway station apparently. Good selection of drinks and decent pub food. Ordered food on the app which Took a while to come despite the pub being almost empty.
Screens all around the building for watching sport and lots of local history posters and pictures of the pub and area
What pleasant staff. All staff were very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. The food was nice and great value for money. Top marks for the staff as obviously being a seaside town they will probably never see the same people again but still make more than expected effort. Well done.
The staff are nice, the music selection is good and the food was tasty. They had an interesting menu too, such as a burger with cotton candy. We didn't order it, but definitely fun for those more adventurous
Haven’t been here for a while but so glad we went last night.
We were met at the door by a lovely young lad who said he wasn’t sure there was any tables but if we found one he would come and clear it for us.
It was clearly very busy but true to his word he came and checked on us when we found a table, it was already clear but he asked if we needed it cleaning.
30 minute wait for food but it was worth every second. We had steak and it was cooked perfectly, the whole meal was hot and fresh.
The only thing that let it down is cleanliness. There was so many cobwebs around the windows near our table and hanging from the ceiling. The toilets are in need of a good scrub and updating.
Overall we can’t wait to return, the staff were all lovely despite being very busy and the food was some of the best we’ve had locally.
I come here alot with my kids sometimes my sister it's nice that some staff members recognise us. My daughter's gluten free and it's nice to go somewhere that has it and it's more relaxed. Service is great. Food is lovely. I would only say that some of younger girls on the bar need to smile abit more.

Came across The Station by chance whilst looking for somewhere to eat on route home. The food was amazing!! But even better than the food was the staff…very welcoming and genuinely friendly. Will definitely be coming back…so much to try on the menu!!
The service at The Station promenade Morecambe is excellent, also the food and the atmosphere is amazing. Two bar staff Shannon and Emily, they do an amazing job, they are so very helpful, so welcoming and they are would have a good future, they would do a good job, whatever was put in front of them.

We had our first Sephton family reunion here. Cameron was the star of the show. We did not have a reservation as they would not let us make one, but Cameron sorted 2 tables to make seating for 9 people and he was sooooo sweet and helpful and friendly, he said it was his job to serve us and almost refused our tips! Lots of vegan food on this fantastic menu and everyone enjoyed their meals. I offered to pay and gave Cameron my credit card, but he brought it back saying the manager said I could not pay. What? In the end, our sweet cousin paidfor everyone! It was wonderful and The Station, an old train station was superbly decorated and welcoming! Get stuck in! Gail was SUPERB as well!!
We visited here with our dogs on the way back from the lakes and it was just lovely. Meals were fab, puddings were very moreish, lovely, friendly, helpful staff. The dogs particularly enjoyed their sausages!
Food great. Drinks great. Food took over one hour to arrive. Waiting staff very apologetic and explained that bar staff should have informed us when making the order. They didn’t. It was a busy festival weekend and we weren’t in a hurry so no big issue.
What a great place. Fabulous building and great hospitality. Lovely Sunday afternoon family meal and a few drinks enjoyed by all. Cheers!
If you are planning on ordering the large version of the magnificent mixed grill, turn up hungry! Excellent steak with the most delicious grilled onions. The staff were a hard working bunch who made us all feel very welcome. A gorgeous building too
