Wonderful Staff - Male and Female. Work well as a team ESPECIALLY on busy weekends. Food - Excellent Quality. Some weird menu options that are not popular to be honest. Some are too expensive. Lack of range (of sandwiches for example) is the issue here NOT the quality. The quality has ALWAYS been excellent for 2 years + Very good coffee machine. Danger - Watch out for Seagulls dive bombing the tables outside in summer !!!

'Is this the old LMS railway Hotel? No, No Sir! This is the Midland Railway Hotel!' Had a late lunch on the Veranda on the Stone Jetty side of the hotel. A variety of food avaliable, including various salad platters such as the fish platter pictured. Service very proffessional and relatively quick despite it being busy. There are two resturants at the Hotel, both can be very busy so recommended to book. Lovely Art-Deco resturant/hotel, I liked the toilets below the Rotunda Bar which had its own lounge, where the ladies can powder their nose and the gents can fix their tie.

At busy times, this place has a great atmosphere, Unfortunately, it's usually understaffed, so that means tables are not cleared and cleaned, and the place can be fairly dirty at times.. Shame the midland hotel, Don't sort it out.. I've complained loads and I've been witness to other complaining too, but nothing ever changes!!

80 year resurrection from 1933, reopened 2013, part of art deco Midland Hotel. For a hotel its a decent value menu and drinks, but main attraction is the incredible design of interior, circular bar, funky chairs, even toilets (see photo).

Lovely coffee and tea cake but had quite a wait. Couple of staff on but orders mixed up and customers after me got served first. Awkward when order at bar service and you're on own. An idea would be reserved signs on counter so could put on table while being served. I lost a table whilst waiting to be served

This place has style, surprisingly a round bar. This is very unusual in this day and age. It has udels of history dating back to the great railway companies if you are interested, but if not a great selection of beer and other beverages. Food is also served. The only bar next to the beach in Morecambe as far as I know. A must....

Really stylish old fashioned bar attached to the Art Deco Midland Hotel. The staff were polite, friendly and accommodating and the decor and environment were wonderful, with beautiful views of the bay. Refreshments were decent enough - but we had some nachos and they really weren’t up to scratch I’m afraid..! Aside from that it was a lovely experience.
