Ordered my meal for delivery and the order arrived 2 hours late despite the tracker states my food has been delivered 1 hour before it arrived. The food arrived cold, dry and inedible. I asked for a refund which they said they will do, 9 working days later and still no money. Their customer service
Ordered pizza the wrong one came. Manager offered to compensate, when we call in she was avoiding us and didn’t let the staff know. Even though she promised and said it is all sorted. We just need to call in to order and come to collect. Ridiculous. Why even offer? And then take it back?

Took more than 2 hours to arrive. The attendant was too rude on phone asking me address every time instead of my order number. And on my 3rd call they blocked my phone on the system and they answered my partner’s phone less then a second.
Waited over an hour from when our tracker had updated to say food had been delivered. Food that arrived wasn't even our order. Having to battle to get a refund which is utterly ridiculous.
Unsatisfied as pizza arrived late and almost cold!
When called, they decided 10% off next order is enough..
