Only downside was they had no food. Good old fashioned type pub. The decor was modern. It even had a snug not seen in many pubs these days. The bar and glazed windows were works of art. Nice atmosphere.
Made welcome, spacious, well stocked, spotless. Able to sit outside in summer. Well worth visiting.
Decent pub, good selection of beers and very good selection of whiskies. Also a basic but good lunch menu, (roll and mince anyone). Friendly staff and good service, happy to go back again anytime.
Happy friendly bar with fantastic staff and quick service. Will be back the next time I am in the area.

Good bar, reasonably priced drinks, definitely the place to go for cheap and cheerful lunches. Definitely lively on a Friday night, service good despite being busy, always a sign of a decent pub.

Great atmosphere. Large choice of good, well-kept beers. Friendly bar staff. What more could one want in a pub? A great night out in an energetic, bouncing pub? The Market Arms has this too.
