Really friendly service from staff & fanstastic coffee!
This was my first trip to Cafe Nero. I had a strawberry milkshake and a slice of cake-type thing raspberry and white chocolate. Both were beautiful π the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was busy but not overly so, my friend and I were able to have a conversation without shouting. A good experience.
Nice coffee and a fair almond croissant. The place is lacking in character and while I was there the tables weren't being cleared very promptly.

I cannot say enough about the staff here. They went above and beyond to help us after my partner collapsed there. Nothing was to much trouble.

Understaffed on our visit, but person serving was excellent, she remained calm and dealt with everyone's requirements. She was cheerful, many would have given up under these circumstances. Well done you!

Friendly and polite staff plenty of seating inside also few seats out front kids loved their caramal frapes and hot chocolate.
Very nice as ever but not sure that everything needs to be in cardboard when eating in. Carrot cake in a box with a plastic fork and plastic cup for coffee just doesn't taste as nice. I notice Costa still using crockery. Coffee and cake still lovely though

Fast, friendly staff willing to chat if you have the time but efficient if you're in a hurry. Great tasting coffee and good selection of food, nibbles and treats. Plenty of space for meetings and free Wi-Fi.
