They made our hoilday, after big problems with craig tara, so do maple jam and honey ,this top place bring your kids for breakfast and cravey, ps they do gluten free food is good, staff very helpful thanks for make our hoilday
Lovely place with delicious meals. I have been there a couple of times with the family, and I am looking forward to the Christmas special. Saw the adverts for it, and I am definitely expectant. Staff members were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure guests were comfortable. I would definitely recommend it. ๐
Choice is good for lunch/dinner - usually well cooked and tastes good.
Breakfast is sometimes order at the table but recently it's been a buffet. We prefer to order but the buffet is generally warm enough although sometimes a bit slow to replenish. (Careful you don't pick up a dirty plate!) A plus is that kids eat free for each paying adult at breakfast.
Staff are always very busy so sometimes service is a little slower but most are friendly
Had a lovely meal here. Standard Brewers Fayre quality and service. Most of our party ordered the carvery which was fresh and regularly topped up. Friendly staff. Remember to submit number plate on arrival to use free car parking on site.
Awe this is a great wee place to pop in for eats on your way to or from the airport, staff are so friendly here and really happy at what they do. There's even a big internal play area to keep the kids occupied while you wait, seems to be that Elaine is there every time we are, she is so helpful can't imagine this place without it๐๐
Very enjoyable, good food well presented a friendly and caring atmosphere where all your needs are catered for.
A special mention for going above and beyond the call of duty making the stay even more enjoyable to Jill and Heather a very big thank you, see you next year...
Great venue ๐ food is lovely ๐ service is outstanding ๐ well recommended to anyone. Family Bar/Restaurant. Based on the outskirts of the sleepy village of Monkton, our Brewers Fayre has been a favourite of locals and tourists alike for many years.
Somehow we'd managed to never have been to a Brewers Fayre before but it was early morning leaving Scotland for a long drive and we needed breakfast. We had a very good breakfast here, fresh fruit and yogurt, full English, toast and jam and good coffee. Pleasant service and great value.
Myself and my mother have become regulars in this place especially thanks to the service and the quality of food. I'm autistic so often have strange seemingly random complicates questions or requests for how I would like my food, Elaine is always there when we go on Fridays and always handles it amazingly and professionally, and has went above and beyond to find reccomendations for me in food, and quickly and easily handles any problems that come up during the order (such as being out of vegan coleslaw).
I highly recommend the vegan smothered chicken for anyone who goes!
A pretty typical Brewers Fayre.
The first couple of times here it was okay. This time it was dire.
On a Sunday evening. A huge number of people (counted 15) were queuing to order at the bar. Just one guy worked off his feet as he also had to fulfill all their drink orders. It took 25 mins just to place an order.
There were other staff swanning around, but no-one thought to put more on bar/order taking. Lots of dishes were sold out.
Then a 30 minute wait for the first course: an okay sharing platter of fried stuff. A 20 minute wait after that for the second course. The burger was billed as "gourmet" but was far from it. Way overcooked yet the cheese slices were just dumped on top with no attempt to melt them. The coleslaw was over sweet: like it was made with Thousand Island dressing.
Probably best to avoid at busy times.
Very helpful and friendly staff and food was amazing. Really good vegan food options and the kids loved the soft play.
Very friendly staff was in for breakfast on Friday 1st Sept. Food was amazing and Heather and Gillian are a credit to your breakfast team
Ok we went to the Whacky Warehouse place, so screaming kids and shouty parents are to be expected. If you're thinking of visiting you'll be aware of what these places can be like. However the staff were lovely and the food and drink was spot on, and the majority of the place is well away from and insulated from the crรจche.
