We hadn't intended to stop, until we saw the sign for Vintage Tea Rooms and so pleased we opted for an impromputed break. Trevor and Irene are the nicest couple you'll ever likely to meet. Everything has home and hand made. Trevor having previously been a pig farmer knows a fair bit about meat, dry curing and hanging etc. Irene certainly knows a thing or two about cakes and together they offer a fabulous tea room experience. So pleased we called in and would certainly recommend.

Came across this little gem on our return journey from Cookstown today. We parked in the free car park at the rear of the building. As soon as we came through the door we were greeted immediately with friendly chat and smiles from Irene. Once seated we were talked through the menu and given time to decide. The broccoli soup and home made wheaten was delicious!!! I could have stayed for hours ....just felt as if I was visiting a close relative ....the last time I had a feeling like that was in my late Mum's house. If you enjoy "old, worldy " things, The Vintage Tea room is a must for a coffee

We were doing a driving tour in Northern Ireland and were looking for somewhere to get lunch when we found the Vintage Tea Room. Situated on the roundabout at the junction of the A31 and A29 in Moneymore, the Vintage Tea Room is an absolute delight to discover. The food is prepared on site individually for your order and is very well presented. Servings are very generous and the prices are very reasonable. One thing to bear in mind is that this is not a fast food outlet so go there to relax and enjoy the ambiance. You will not be disappointed. There is a large Free car park at the rear of the Tea Room. Opening times are Tuesday to Friday 12ish to 3ish.

Our first visit here despite living local for many years. Pizza was super tasty, hand crafted and delicious. Very friendly people. Lovely atmosphere inside with nice mix of easy chairs and some tables. We would definitely go here again and only sorry we haven’t had encountered it sooner.

5 star setting, 5 star food and the greeting and service from staff was fantastic, the tea room itself brings back memories of good times gone by and i would highly recommend it to everyone to go see for themselves, a lot of people don't know off have heard about it which is a pity, it would need more advertising driving into money more from all directions, I know money more and knew it was there but there's people I know from Cookstown, Magherafelt and rural areas have never heard of it, I see people putting about going to big named hotels etc for afternoon tea etc where this is closer, on their doorstep and would love it, thank you again for everything we had a great afternoon and will be back soon 🤩🤩
